They have absolutely no fraud protection, there is no chip in the card and heaven forbid, you get ripped off (twice) as I have, Customer Service will do the absolute minimum to resolve the situation as required by law. If you must use this bank, I suggest writing a check from this account and depositing into a more reputable bank. You'll regret keeping your money in this account, I can promise you that.

I called BMV to inform them that it was fraudulent activity going on, on my debit card and for them to block the card. 30 minutes later they let they fraud company steal 489.00 out of my account. I went through the disputes process and now they want me to pay the money the scammers stole from me and the additional 489.00! I wouldn't recommend this bank to a dog, and also the customer service representatives are uneducated and very poor customer services skills no training or experience!
They either are misinforming their CSR people or they are complete idiots. I'm fed up with their ignorance and the idiots sitting behind them soaking up their paychecks and going home at 5 not giving a damn about what they're doing to us. Give it to the CSR's so that they can complain to their supervisors to get something done. But be careful, some of the csr's supervisors and mangers deliberately repeat themselves to get you mad enough to yell at them while being recorded. They can try to use this against you leaving out the number of times you've already called. They will debt your deposits making you to pay insf fees. COMPLAIN COMPLAIN COMPLAIN... If they give you the 203 #, punch in last names if you don't have an extention. The csr's, supervisors, and manager will not give you one. And if they do, it will be on where no one answers, goes to vm and you'll never receive a return call. CLOSE DOWN THESE [censor]...

Bank mobile is in charge of my refund I've been waiting for two weeks just to receive a paper check everytime I call I get the run around I keep getting told that my check is coming and I have yet to receive it. When I asked them to deposit my money into my own Bank account I was told no I believe this is a fraudulent company and they have never released my funds I will pursue legal action if I don't receive my money immediately.
this bank is a complete scam, they close my bank account without my permission and said theyll give me my money back but its uncertain if they will.

Did you ever get your check? i just called them for the same thing, and was asked if i called the post office... Really? Then was told to call back tomorrow. unbelievable!
Illegally withholding funds
Formally Wex bank, higher One, now Bank mobile vibe is a ripoff. When I contacted the bank they told me my account was compromised. I would know if my account is compromised right so I tell them no it's not compromised they had a hold on my account. They told me in order to get the hold off my account I have to get a notarized document uploaded and sent to them. The document States to explain how my account was compromised. Well my account was not compromised is what I put. So after receiving the documents I don't hear nothing back from anyone. I contacted them again to only have them tell me that I have to wait on the email with the response. They won't give me any other information I can't have anyone's name whose access to my account and I feel like this is against the law. Has this happened to anyone else. Please tell what I should do.
I have been trying for days and going to two Check cashing places to get verification for my son's parent plus loan refund check and no one has answered the customer service line to verify his student refund this so ridiculous

They have held my daughter school refund for almost 4 years, I have had our case esçalateð to the executives and they have not done [censored]. Dealing with this fraudulent company has been the most stressful situation
They’re real rude on the phone and understand anything they say they lie about their policy they don’t give me any information they hang up in your face send you to voicemail this very one off organizeed business but most of all the policy is a lie
I had fraudulent activity on my account I was back and forth talking to reps on the phone Through a hard time and you guys not protecting my money I feel unsafe doing business with you guys but my school forces me to use yall platform Im frustrated with How I was treated like I was crazy.

Please do all of us a favor and just cancel bank mobile vibe. Horrible service. Hate this company to the death of me. IT NEEDS TO BE CANCELLED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE!
June 2nd-3rd card was declined multiple times (sufficient funds). When customer service was contacted they informed me that they do not know when the issue will be resolved. Lawsuit will be filed.
