My credit card is failing when making purchases. Therefore, I'm not receiving credits. This has happened two months in a row. What is happening is my credit card is getting charged for the failed purchases at the end of the month...but, I never receive any credits! Please respond because I enjoy your game and wish to continue playing and making purchases. You have charged me 9.99 4 times and have never received credits for those purchases.

when i log on high5 casino the screen comes on then in a few seconds the screen turns white and wont let me do anything. so I refresh the game again then it acts like its coming on then it turns white again. its been acting like this for almost all this week. I bought your stupid deal 12.97 for 3.5 million coins and got absolutely NOTHING! Not impressed with your company and want the money I spent refunded. Not a way to run a casino. I have played High 5 Casino for many Yrs . Never Paid Money into my Acc ( Visa card ) . Never had to ( receive 100, 000 credits a Day .
Was playing, recurved a Notice We have Deducted $169.90 from your Acc .
I Never gave them my Acc Details .
When I ask what happened to the Millions of Credit No Reply
Asked How They Accessed my Three numbers, No Reply .
Contacted the Bank
Contacted ITunes and High 5
This is over a Yr old !
Writing and Waiting .

We're my Credit ( Gone 20-30 million Credits, that I never Wanted )

High 5 Games / High 5 Casino lost tokens

This morning I was playing the new Tumbling game. I started with approx. 224 M. When I started playing I thought I changed the amount . Instead of paying 40K I ended playing 40M. I lost over 100 M tokens. Is there any chance in getting them back. I am an avid fan of this game and have turned many friends to this game. I hope that loyalty will get me back my coins.

Won free unlock, tried screen froze except for buy chips and gems status. Exited, restart game, message says sorry about opening new game, try nab same freez Restart my
Samsung, same freez. Uninstall, reinstall. Same as above-freez.

Been 2 days with multiple tries. Nothing but freezer.

I will take a screen shot should and send.

High 5 Games / High 5 Casino complaint

Several months ago I was trying to download free high five casino free on my phone app through apple iTunes instead high five casino Las Vegas popped up for 99 cents. I downloaded and discovered it was not free high five casino. I immediately deleted the program. Later I discovered I was being charged 108.24 per month for several game packages which I did not order or authorize. I contacted iTunes and they looked into my account and showed I had deleted the program. They refunded my charges for three months and assured me I wouldn't be charged again however on 24 May I was charged sutomically again. I need a refund for this amount and more importantly I did not authorize you to charge me for this package which I have none of theses games on my mobile phone nor did I authorize this package purchase or any high five games costing fees. In addition I have tried for weeks to contact your company to no avail. No one ever answers your phones. It just continues to loop. I do not authorize you to continue to charge me 108.24 for a program I did not authorize. Please refund this ‘may 24th May charge and remove me from any subscriptions from high five games. I have never been so frustrated or dissatisfied with such a company who as a third party vendor to iTunes misrepresents what happened to me. Please notified me immediately that you will no longer automatically charge me for this package of 108.24 and assure me all subscriptions with your company are canceled and I will be refinded. I purchased the coin package this morning with the 6 day bonus. The charge has already hit my card but I don't have the coins I bought I have purchased this same package before and I got the coins right away. Is there a problem? When I purchased the coin package yesterday (4/23) it stated that I would receive approx. 11 million and then for the next 6 days I would get another million+. I did not receive the 11 million but today I did receive the 1M+

When I purchased the coin package yesterday (4/23) it stated that I would receive approx. 11 million and then for the next 6 days I would get another million+. I did not receive the 11 million but today I did receive the 1M+

Yesterday my High 5 Casino Game was at VIP level Ruby and the bonus was at 17, 500. Today my High 5 Game level is put back to VIP level is Silver. MY bonus is 60.00. On one of my last spins of a game, the lobby slot stopped on unlock a slot as my prize . Trouble is, all the lots I have previously chosen don't have any more locks to open on new games. I keep coming back to try, there are no more unlocked games to select. My whole gameplay is now frozen. Hi 5 games are virtually my only favorite game site, I am lost without it!

How can we get High 5 investigated? They are stealing from players. I have been a player since circa 2012 and it has become a scam. I deleted Shake the Sky a few years ago because they wiped out 16 MILLION coins from my account after "maintenance". The first time it happened they gave my coins back. The second time they called a liar. I have purchased many times on High 5, but it is impossible to win. They let you win a little when you first purchase and then it is lose lose lose. The screen will jerk when it is getting ready to hit a bonus and the final bonus needed to win will literally jerk off the screen. I have watched as double the amount I bet were taken off my total many, many times. I have hit wins and no payout. As soon as your coins get low, popups come up asking you to buy more. There are numerous complaints on the Facebook page. Why are they being allowed to do what they are doing to purchasing players? Is there no oversight? I could write an essay on the numerous issues I have had with High 5.

I was given access t the new game lucky strikes. I needed more coins I purchased the deal offered for $.199 and then opened the treasure chest for $4.99 . I was not given the coins. Either give me the coins or refund the money. I am a long time customer and usually buy frequently. I like playing your games but feel that there are too many mistakes being made recently. There are too many new games available on the net to keep doing this . It's very frustrating to have to go through this. Then have to wait . Please respond ASAP.

I paid for coins, but never received the coins money was taken from my account 4 times, and was told to use a different method of payment. Either refund my money, give me credit for the purchases or I will dispute the purchases. I don't know if it was due to a maintenance, because after this happen I tried to log in and a message came up saying the site was down for maintenance.

Can't get my bonuses and cannot play the games ..you touch it and it doesn't work The last time I played the game was at 1 AM on January 19 2018. I can't get my every four hour, bonus and I can't play the game you touch it, it don't work it goes up to the point where you could get to choose the game you want but you can't play it what's going on. So far I've lost for every for our bonuses and by the time you get this it'll be more than five when you fix the problem I should get my bonus is retroactive I've been playing this game from the beginning of 2014 and it's discouraging that I can play it thank you

I have not been able to play your casino for 3weeks or more. When I was playing my free spins. I got 3 unlock symbols. When I went to highlighted game. There was not any games that we're highlighted. It locked up, saying pick a highlighted game, it froze up. Like I said this has been going on for about 3 weeks. Please fix it. I have missed out on free bonus'es every 4 hours, also free spins. I somehow lost all my points and game levels and cannot open anything to get to customer service. Can you please send me instructions on how to get back to my games and levels. I have tried going thru face book but a screen pops saying there is no such page. I have tries the App Store with no results and when I try to go thru my games page it opens to the game starting with game 1 and I was way, way past that. This happened once before but I was able to contact customer service and they sent me instructions on how to get back my levels but I do not have the instructions any more. Please help.

I am able to sign in and the slots screen comes up, but won't open.
Cannot receive my bonus; the spinning icon won't stop and nothing further will activate. This has been going on for almost a week.

Apparently no one pays attention any ways. The screen opens but as soon as the daily ad to 'level up, etc' the screen darken slightly and the 12-fingered icon starts rotating and never stops rotating, the games never to open in order to play.

How much further can I go to explain the simple non-opening of the game?

I have been playing for months and I have finally won 1000 gbp last week.
After days of waiting for my documents to be approved I was told that my date of birth was wrong. When I joined it must have defaulted to 1989 not 1950 which is my DOB. They are saying I was also excluded from a sister site so I am trying to defraud the company. Why didn't they tell me about the exclusion while I was playing, they must have known by my email address. They are refusing to pay me any winnings and also any deposits back.
I am not a fraud or a criminal it was a pure mistake when I joined.
I think they should have told me I was excluded from a sister site before I tried to withdraw and not just accept my deposits.
1000 gpb is a fortune to me.
Very bad customer service.

I was playing 100, 000 pyramids game and got in to feature I was upto 20 free spins x3 of my stake I only had top box left to open with 2 picks left I opened a complaint with the online help and after weeks and weeks of my contacting constantly I was told I was awarded £7.25 as I only had 17 spins X1 my stake... this is incorrect and I told them this to be told they can't do anything and now I get ignored... am fuming as i think i won jackpot and they not paying out
