Placed a order over telephone for loaded subwoofer box, amp, wiring kit.I only received wiring kit after one weeks wait.Called and talked to a women at customer service and she stated they have made a shipping error.Received amp after twelve days and it came in a beat up box yo could of put a large tv in.Called and finally got through after numerous times of calling.The women at hifi sound connection would not even give me her name, informed her that they sent me the wrong amp that i ordered.Stated in a hatefull manner that i should be happy with what they sent.I asked her for a RA# to send the wrong amp back, she stated that they would not take it backand hung up on me!Tryed to send wrong amp back but they refused delivery.Emailed them and told them not to send the last item but they sent it, I refused delivery.they also emailed me and told me not to call back you have your order 100% even though i have nothing.They also wanted to charge me a 30% restocking fee for the loaded subwoofer box i did not receive.Along with the hatefull phone conversation and nasty emails about i need to stop my ### this is the worst shopping experience i have ever had.My credit card was disputed and supposed to be final on 10-29-08 after they had $266.85 of my money for 89 days.If you will research the internet these are the same crooks that own American Sound Connection.Also research the internet and you will find that hifi sound connection made over $6000, 000 in 2006 Ripping people off.I reordered my stereo equpment from Crutchfield and received it in full in three days, couldnt of been more happy with their customer service.
