HidNation.com They wanted additional payment then I would get the bulb

I bought the HID kit from HID Nation. I got it and after the installation the high beams didn’t work. I emailed the customer services and requested the replacement. But the seller said that I haven’t obtained their warranty and therefore they were unable to help me. Later I called them and asked about the bulbs, but they wanted to get additional payment and only after that they would send it.

HidNation.com Questionable products - no refund process

I ordered an hid headlight conversion kit, upon receipt I noticed one of the lights was covered with a white powder, inside of its container. They said this was "normal" and gave me an online address to learn how to clean the bulbs. As I have installed other kits from other suppliers, a new bulb full of powder is not what you start with. I opted to return the whole kit with their permission, less a 30% charge. They received the kit on November 8th, no refund to date, several emails, "they will call me"/"I should call them". Their listed phone number will not accept calls. Bad product, bad service.
