HiDef DVD / Bad customer service
My first order after opening my account with HIDEFDVD was shipped to the wrong address. It was sent to my billing address not the address i put in the shipping profile. They told me it was my fault and i would have to pay for any extra shipping. They did not ask if i wanted it shipped to my billing address. Most companies ask you on the shipping information page if you want it shipped to your billing address and then you provide them with the shipping address. Even after i filled out the shipping profile they sent it to my billing address.
It should not have been shipped to my billing address if i gave them the shipping address. They could be more helpful, i am in switzerland and my now my order is at an address in the United States. I'm not happy, shipping is going to cost me a lot more than it should have and now someone else will have to take care of getting it shipped here. It's not a good way to treat a new customer.
