Hertzprepaid reservation not realized

Dear Hertz,

Yesterday I prepaid rented a midSize car via my gold member hertz app. Pickup and return point was LAX-airport today (01.27.2016)

Upon collecting my car today I found out at the check out booth that my rental price was much higher than agreed.

I told the booth man and showed him
My 34€ reservation since hè privided met with a 56+ us$ Solution.

On his request I returned to the parking and entered the hertz office. I spoke to 3 hertz officials that could not explain this to me. The latter one directed me to a giant cue at the help desk. Since I had a meeting I could not wait for approximate 45min to have my questions answered.

Still: I'm stuck with an unwanted expensive problem by you and I would like to have it sorted A.s.a.p. Please advise: I'm returning the car tomorrow at 13.00 pm California time.

Please advise best course of action...
