I have been using Hero Honda bikes for the past 9 years. My first bike was Hero Honda Splendor, which served me for 5yrs and6months. Till the time of replacement it gave me 68 km/lit mileage. I never had any problem with that bike. Then I replaced it with super splendor which created lots of complaints from the very first year of my purchase. Within 2 years it incurred me lot of expenditure for repairing it. I am now totally dissatisfied with this bike. There are complaints like weaker bore and oil leakage into the bore there by vehicle releases excessive smoke with sound (crakes), less mileage (46km/lit). And the gear shift is very hard while we are changing the gear, bringing the vehicle to neutral is a big task for me every time, bcoz I have to stand in the gear shift to bring it to neutral.

sir my name is yash pandya and i have hero honda splendra Plus Reg. no. MP13 CA 3325. 26 Jun 2011 we are doing service of our bike from Lohia Motors Ujjain. in my bike service Adv doing Cylinder Head Overhauling and change spark plug and amount service is Rs. 941. But after service my bike regulerly Donig spark.

I HAVE BOOKED THE NEW CBZ XTREME ATFT ON NOVMBER 2009 IN ARAINE MOTORS, CHALAKUDY . THEY TOLD ME THAT CBZ IS OUT OF STOCK NOW AND IT WILL COME AFTER AWEEK THEN AFTER AWEEK I WENT AND ENQUIRED, THEN THAY TOLD ME TO WAIT FOR ANOTHER WEEK, THUS WEEEKS AND MONTHS HAVE PASSED BUT CBZ XTREME HAS NOT ARRIVED YET . IS THE WAY TO BEHAVE TO A CUSTOMER ?

I got a new Karizma R on 3aug 2011 and the brakes are not at all effective and when I went there and gave for service they kept the bike for 2 days and when i got back it is in the same pathetic condition..

I have Hero Honda Super Splendor bike with me for which the chain was replaced as it was running with default. The chain pocket, which was serviced by the HH authorised service centre at Bangalore is of faulty one. Its causing the same problem after changing of the same..

My bike is not giving result what was excepted and told by manufactring company. pisten kits not working properly its taking too much engine oil. The timing chain set or head is not working properly. overall the bike giving very bed result.

Hi, I purchased Hero Honda Super Splendor 2010 model.
I take maximum care about my bike for its at best performance.
I make service and change oil for every 2000 km regularly.
My bike has run 32000 km.
I make kick start everyday morning and also after long time interval between starts for battery's good performance.
The worst situation I encounter every time while riding is that shifting gear from 1st to 2nd. Though I hold the clutch to maximum extent its too hard. Problem will little overcome if I raise accelerator while shifting gear with more sound in gearbox.
Till now I have changed chain-sprocket set once, brake shoe 3 times, air filter once.
Battery has lost its ignition power before completion of its 3rd year and its time to change.

i want to complaint i booked passion pro oct24th at the time they are told with in 10days will get bike when i went to after 10days they are telling more 7 days till now i did not get the bike we are very disappointing

Dear Sir,

This mail with reference to problem phasing to purchasing HERO HONDA CBZ Extreme (Black colors & both wheel black).

I m continuously follow to YUVA MOTORS, Faridabad before two month for purchasing the bike but still I m not getting my bike till today. Every time these people give me a excuse that this model no in our stock. Yesterday I went their Show Room and they told me that Sir no bike available in showroom when im talk to manager then he said only one bike available with alarm locking system for that u will have to pay Rs1800/- extra form the price of bike (on road) .When I refuse to purchase this alarm system then he said sorry we not supply the bike with out this system, you will have to pay for that.

Sir, what is this it could not be accepted from India’s No.1 manufacturers of motor cycle.

CAN I KNOW, WHEN I GET MY BIKE OR SEE OTHER ALTERNATIVE OF THE SAME.

PLEASE LET ME KNOW THE STATUR

Kindly consider this as an urgent requirement.

I purchased Hero Honda Pleasure on 19.09.09(Rg. No. RJ-19-SN-6358 in the name of (Shveta Trivedi) in Mehendra Motors residency Road, Jodhpur. My complain is about new parts for pleasure, that you have to wait 3-7 days ( they say), in reality 10-12 days. Type of body is solo and colours of body, wings and front end is PBK, therefore please send immedietly the part of my pleasure.

I Purchased Hero Honda Super Splendor on 09.09.2006(Reg No.TN-20 AD 6264 in the name of R.Kanniappan) in Southern Auto Centre, Nandanam Chennai-35 through CSD Purchase.I Paid additional Rs.250/- for Hero Honda Passport member ship but till now i didn't receive the Hero Honda passport.Reg this I asked many times with southern Auto Centre they told they misplaced,then they asked two months time nothing received from southern,and then i given a letter to southern auto centre as per the southern representaive told to me,i given a letter before 7 months till now i didn't receive no reply.I Spent more than 5000/- Rs. from the date of purchased with out any discount , reason is not producing Hero Honda Pass port.

Service:

My vechile is having self starting problem when i purchased,reg this i asked southern service person , they given solution for charging the battery,every time they charged the battery and then give while i service my vechicle,one time i scold with southern auto service person , then he told we will replace the battery,then they will send the battery to exide company but nothing happend,they told this battery is in good condition so they cant change.my vechile is also having gear shifting problem but till now the problem is not solved,if i asked any hero honda service centre , they told something and not resolve.

last week i serviced my vechicle Shree Ganesh motors(Authorised Representative of Nagappa Auto),Avadi,Chennai
600 071.They told the battey charge Rs.550/- I paid Rs.550/- and other service charges and then delivered my vechicle,after one week again i given my vechicle to Shree Ganesh motors for mileage problem ,befor service with ganesh motors my vechicle is given 70 to 75 and 65 to 75 mileage after service with ganesh motors my vechicle is given 16 to 20 kms,that time they asked me we wrongly billed for battery you have to pay additionl Rs.200/- it cost is Rs.800/- i agreed to pay, at that time i purchased tank cover with ganesh motors Cost Rs.200/- at that time the bill amount is Rs.438/- they asked Rs.638/- i asked why i have to pay Rs.638 if the bill amount is Rs.438/- only they told battey cost old balance, i asked the bill for that they didn't give and then i dont want to tank cover, then he will change manually and cut the bill amount Rs.200/- for tank cove then over write this is for battery cost,what is this? now also my vechccle milege problem is not solved.,they changed Spark plug for mileage solution,but still continuing mileage problem,really i vexed for purchasing hero honda Super splendor and service.

I have purchased the Super Splendor - self starter type during September 2006. I have encountered the problem in changing the gears. Also, the mileage is only about 52-54 km.

I owned a hero honda super splendor motorcycle some 4 month ago. After 1st servicing i noticed that the horn and headlight are nor works properly, I contracted to nearest Niladri Motors Service station, they said that the battery was defective and required to replace, they promise me to replace the battery after 15 days but after 2 months I do not get my battery.

Honda Jazz (Croatia, Split)

My complain is about new parts for car, that you have to wait 3-10 days ( they say), in reality 14-21 days. There is another problem. If you break light on car, car is in driving mode, but if police stops you with broken light, you will get a ticket.

Problem is that you cant get a replacement car if the same is in driving option. Is there a same policy in other countries I don't know, but I spend 30 days without car (after the light finally arrived they need a few days for installing it), and I think that is wrong?!
