At the start of Sept 2016 we submitted all documentation for the account of [protected] to be transferred to a business account.
At the end of Oct the money did not deduct from the business account.
After going back to the shop at Tygervalley, the worker explained that the business is on the new system and therefor the transfer can take 4-6 months. He then suggested that we complete a bank change form until the account is transferred to the business account, which we did.
Today another employee phones to enquire the latest 3 months bank statements. I am very unhappy that I have to drive up and down to get documentation because vodacom's system is not up to date. I also have bank costs when drawing new bank statements, and who will cover that costs?
