I purchased an extended warranty insured by Heritage Warranty. I have a car that needs transmission work and I was told by the claims processing center, VEMECO, that they are not making any payments on any claims and haven't been for over one year. Now I have no car. I was not informed. Had I known this, I would have purchased a warranty from another company. I thought I had the security of a warranty I paid for. I spoke with Heritage today, 9/4/08, and was told that they are not responsible. I was told to call a company she called "BUTLER" and could not give me any information. She told me to get the information from VEMECO, which is only a claims processing center.

We had customer with Heritage warranty service contract, Called heritage to see if they covered the repairs needed for vehicle, They gave approval for repairs, Also gave us authorization number. After repairs were done, we called Heritage for payment, They said check was in mail, this has been since 5/27/09, We still have not received payment. We also know that they are still approving repairs to be done.Any help on getting payment would be grateful. We have been told Attorney General is our next step. Please email or give us a call.
Thanks Kevin

We had service on our travel trailer April 22, 2017. It was pre-authorized by HERITAGE. I called on the 24th of April to verify the process because the RV dealership said they were not getting reimbursed. A guy by the name of Gordon told me that was absolutely not true. So I submitted my paperwork. Here it is August 28, 2017 and when I called they tell me the check is waiting to be cut. I asked what they are waiting for? It has already been 4 months. She told me they were a 3rd Party. I said I wanted to talk to someone at Heritage. She told me they had no phone number. How can they do the bill for a company and not have a contact phone number? We are so frustrated. Luckily it was only $75.00 but we plan on pursuing. We will not be taken advantage of. I will also find out how to cancel this useless warranty too.

Heritage has done the same to so many people, I had my fuel pump go out and Heritage pre-approved my work, 942.00 later (work was done in Baker, CA) they Heritage said that my check would be coming to me in may of 2017! come on, this is another reason our economy is in shambles, crooks like this keep screwing us and getting away with it. Please has anyone received money from Heritage? if so how did you get it from these crooks?

I have tried to cancel the warranty and told the refund has been denied. I think a class action lawsuit should be filed against them?...anyone game?...maybe if any of you folks know the US Attorney General...or someone thats does...That Agency may be able to resolve all of our complaints...

To anyone who got screwed by Vemeco, Bulter, Heritage, et.al.
Don't give up! I buried these clowns with legal action from the Ohio State Insurance Dept. the Ohio State Attorney General's Office, the New York State Insurance Dept and the New York State Attorney General's office (my home state).
I supplied all parties with copies of unpaid invoices, documentation of pre-approval numbers provided from the warranty company prior to repair work and a journal documenting the many phone calls to Heritage (Grant) trying to arrange for payment.
Bottom line is New York State Attorney General did all the legwork and cut through all the many levels of warranty company unaccountabilty . After (8) months of investigation by NY State, my case is resolved and I have finally recieved a check for reimbursement for (3) reapir orders back to 2017 totalling over $1400.00.
THANK YOU New York State Attorney General!

As I said earlier, Hope none of you have to go through this.
Today I was finally able to talk to an actual human being at Heritage administrative services. Mr. Ken Hilliard, [protected] ex 4134, Claims manager for Heritage/ Admisistrative services. Don't listen to the bull, it's the same company. I was amazed to get a lecture from him about my "ATTITUDE"? That's why Administrative services hasn't called me back after 3+ months and counting. Not to mention the 50 or so voice mails that they didn't respond to?
This number was provide to me by the person who actually answer's the phone for Mr, El Zayn( company president/owner)
[protected]
The short story is that Mr. Hilliard told me that the state of South Carolina has frozen the assets of Heritage admisistrative services/ Heritage Warrenty and I would have to figure out how to contact them on my own...
[protected] is the number for the state of South Carolina Dpt. of Insurance. The point of contact is Sahra Pagent, I have not made contact with Ms. Pagent, but will update you when I find out more info.
This should speak volumes about a company... Sorry we can't pay you now because our deceptive and misleading buisness practices have our assetts frozen for the time being?
Another interesting tidbit. I found a Website this weekend,
HeritageWarrantyScam.com. I thought I was Pissed! but this guy must have really been taken by Heritage. He had sattleite photos of the Mr. El Zayn/Owner's along with Peter Knolla's (Company secretary), house, home address and home phone numbers.
That site is temporarily down after this weekend, for reasons unknown? but I'm sure it will soon be back up soon.

I LOVE POEPLE WHO FIGHT BACK!

As soon as I figure out how to recieve payment from Heritage I will post this info for all of the others who are in the same boat.
Don't let this company take your money and leave you holding the bag.
Hope this has been helpful.
Been taken by Heritage, E-Mail me at gdalkiewicz@yahoo.com

hope that the many people who purchased a Heritage warranty don't have to go through the ordeal that I am going through. My wife and I purchased an RV in 04, at the same time we purchased a Heritage Platinum RV warraanty... In July of 08 we had our first and only claim. I called the number on my contract and had my claim approved by Sam (These spine less employees will never give their last name) at Heritage Administrative Service, [protected] ex 4137). Everything seemed ok, I was told that I could pay the bill ($2439.55) minus my $50.00 deductible and Heritage will have my check in the mail ASAP. I paid the bill. I was told that Heritage would hold up their end of the contract...
This was a done deal in July of 08. As of today, October of 08, I have seen nothing from Heritage.
In fact I have called every number in my contract and get the same answer... We are a third party agency and can't give you any one who is actually associated with Heritage to talk with. We only have a computer program that links us to Heritage, other than that we can't give you any number to a Heritage representitave or anyone who took your money, Bla, Bla, Bla... These people are puppets of the higher ups in management.
I paid $3000.00 for this warranty. I paid $2, 439.56 for the covered repair. As of now I am out $5, 439.56
Heritage claims that the warranty coverage could exceed the cost of the vehicle.
I say B.S.
They want your money and will give you nothing in return...
I am just an average person, I work hard every day, I pay my bills, I don't take advantage of anyone. Our dream was to buy an RV and enrich our lives. Not a new one, something that we could afford, but I worked my tail off to afford it...
After months of getting a run around, I am not going to take this any more.
I paid for a product... I WILL NOT HAVE MY HARD EARNED MONEY STOLEN BY HERITAGE ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES...
After months of research I have foound the following.

Company owner. Haytham Elzaym
400 Metro Place N.
Suite 300
Doublin, Ohio 43017

Phone number of the assistant of the CEO
[protected]
Also if the person who answers the phone tells you that you are in touch with Dimension, not Heritage. It's B.S. also...
Haytham Elzaym owns both company's.
I have a complaint with the Ohio Attorney Gereral's Office. [protected] against Heritage. This office is very helpful with scammers like Heritage.
I would like to thank Greg Gerber from RV Industries News for helping me with my journey

I'm having the same problem and don't undestand why Vemeco is still giving approval for work to be done when they know will not get paid by Butler or Hertiage. I was told by Grant at Hetiage [protected] ext 4104 that my check for repairs done in Oct of '07 was forwarded for approval and should be sent out in a week or so, that was in June of '08. I called back Aug. '08 spoke to 2 different people. One said they had nothing to do with paying claims since Butler was still in business. I called back a second time and got a different person and they said Vemeco is responsible for paying the claim. I mentioned what was told to me earlier by Grant at Heritage, about the payment and they said well you can talk to him. I can't believe that they cannot give a straight answer.

This is why we are in a credit crisis. People take your money and you get screwed. I hope that all the people that took advantage of people that caused this credit crisis that were doing unethical/shady business practices to live the highlife, enjoy working the jobs that "Americans supposedly don't want". They can call me since I need my grass cut and I might pay them or not.

I am encountering a similar situation with Warranty Division, namely- Heritage, Butler, and Vemeco. There was over $3, 000 of repair work done on my car, with a submitted claim. Now over 3 months later, I cannot get any reimbursement. Heritage referred me to Butler. Butler, with a prepared computer statement, referred me back to Heritage. It has been a vicous circle with not results.
