Heritage Warranty Solutions / Unpaid claim and run around
I have been getting the run around from Heritage Warranty Solutions for over a year and a half. Service was provided, a proper clam was made, call after call gave me numerous phone numbers to call, finally talked to a real person who asked me to fax information to them, bad fax number, then correct number. Numerous phone calls again I was told they were just a bit behind and would pay, now almost 1 year later they tell me they are not responsible, give me the number for who is, that number tells me that they are not responsible and heritage is. I am VERY frustrated and need assistance.
