I purchased the Heritage Vehicle Extended Service Contract on 8-2-2002, good for 6 years /75, 000 miles. I did not file any claims during this time period, with the understanding that I would be fully reimbursed for the purchase price at the end of the contract. I sent in the paperwork for reimbursement at the end of August, went out of town for work, and when I got back home the envelop had been returned into the post box, with the return to sender not deliverable stamp. I re-addressed another envelop and re-sent it out, double checking the postage. Again the envelop was returned. It is now well past the 30 day filing period. So, I'm now thinking that is their plan. To make it impossible to get the paperwork to them within the 30 day filing period. My contract was for $1517.00. I definately could have used that money in more beneficial ways than to just give it to a company that is not accessible to its clients.
