Heritage Cadillac/Consumer Cash rewards / non payment of claim

We puchased a 2003 Deville from Heritage Cadillac in February 28, 2005 and we were given the packet to file later for a $1000.00 rebate. We have fulfilled our end of the obligations and received a confirmation postcard for Consumer Cash Rewards dated Ocober 29, 2008. We have been unable to sign into their web address with our passcode to get any satus report on our claim. Pass word takes us no where and Heritage says that it is out of their hands. Please let us know if there is any way that we can resolve this to our satisfaction. Thank you, Sheila Lanier

We had the same exact issue, same dealer even the date on the post card is same as yours. We have sent numerous emails without any response. I tried looking up the company information. This is what I found:
