THIS IS A FRAUDULENT COMPANY AND DO NOT BUY INTO IT...I AM CONTACTING THE ATTORNEY GENERAL AND IF YOU ARE RIPPED OFF TOO...PLEASE FEEL FREE TO WRITE ME AS I AM GATHERING SIGNATURES FOR A CLASS ACTION SUIT AGAINST THEM. THERE ARE SEVERAL AUTO DEALERSHIPS WHO ARE STILL SELLING THIS WARRANTY AND LAST YEAR THIS COMPANY GROSSED 12.6 MILLION DOLLARS BY RIPPING OFF CONSUMERS. PASS THIS ALONG...PLEASE

I too paid for an approved repair in 3/08. I am still waiting for my reimbursement. Have been told countless times that the check is being processed and that I am at the top of the list (this is by National Administrative Service). Now, they read a script telling me that they are not responsible for non payment (they approved the claim) and will not give me a current phone number for Heritage.

    Hi There,
Our repair facility is in State of California and is in the same position, where we received an authorization for repair work and still waiting to get paid from the Heratige. Contacted Administrative services who represent the Heritage, but all we getting are the same answers that the Admin Services have no control over the payments, the payments are issued by the Heritage. Noone can give us the contact info for Heritage.

Thank you for the above information. My husband and I have paid for two APPROVED repairs for our 2002 Chevrolet Tahoe in December and January. We are getting the runaround from Administrative Services as well (Gordon). He claims that a "batch of payments went out February 24, 2009. We have yet to receive anything. Please contact us regarding class action suit. loumal2@gmail.com
    Thank you

I had an approved repair done at my local Cadillac dealer on 6/5/09. The service manager called my warranty company "FIRSTGuard" for approval of repairs. They dispatched an
agent to the shop who approved the repairs and issued a claim number. After the repairs were completed, I was forced to prepay the repair bill and submit my claim to FIRSTGuard.

When I called FIRSTGuard to check the status of my claim, I was informed my warranty insurer was HERITAGE AUTO WARRANTY which is not paying claims and is insovent. They assured me I would be put in the "queue" for payment and offered no clue as to when (if ever) I would be paid. Please add my name to class action suit filed against this company. I will file a complaint with the Arizona AG. Thanks, John Moore - gr8guy@cox.net

You can add me too.. idiots approved my claim in February. This invisible company seems to be unreachable. I'm actually trying to track them down while I'm deployed to Iraq. My wife is fed up and so am I. Tylerarmypilot@hotmail.com

I have been waiting since February for my refund-I traded in my car for a different one and cancelled my extended warranty only to find out just like you all that this company hasn't refunded anybody in the past year at least. I did however recieve a name and number of a lawyer in South Carolina (I bought the car in Alaska) who has helped me, all I did was email/fax my cancellation agreement along with the mileage on the vehicle when I traded in my vehicle and last week he told me it has been approved and that I "should" be getting a check in the mail-so I will let you know how that goes and give the name/number of the lawyer if all works out if you want.

I also purchased an extended warranty from heritage auto warranty direct on march 2, 2004 for 6 years 100, 000 miles for 2, 372.00, I had to replace the transmission in june of 2008. I paid the dealership 1, 016.00 out of pocket heritage approved to pay 1, 717.00 . A few months later I needed a wheel bearing replaced so upon returning to a dealership I was refused service because I was told that heritage was not going to pay anything.I have filed 3 claims for approved services and have not received a penny So now another company has been calling me to purchase a warranty They say that they took over for heritage and told me that my claims would be paid by december 2010 I told them when I see 2, 500.00 then we would talk.Have not seen anything yet and they have called at least 6 other times. If anyone Has a class lawsuit against heritage I would like to be a part of. We paid over $4, 000 for 7 years extended coverage on our RV with Heritage. Our claim for $900 was approved for payment and assigned a claim number in July '09. We called Heritage for months trying to get information on payment on our claim to no avail. Please add our name to your list. Thanks, Linda - gramcollett@gmail.com
