My car was repaired under approved services by DSI, the administrator under the extended warranty for Heritage Administration Services. Heritage refused to pay the repair center with a credit card, the usual practice. I was required to pay for the repairs, $3235.97, on 06/11/2009 in cash. I called DSI on 06/30/2009 to check on status and they denied receiving the final bill which had been faxed. I requested the repair center refax the bill which the center did. I confirmed 07/01/2009 with DSI that the bill was forwarded to to Heritage for payment directly to me the consumer. As of 08/08/2009 no payment has been received from Heritage.
