The new Herbal Essences bottles look great on the shelf, but their top-heavy design is easily knocked off the shower shelf, and the sharp-edged cap doesn't feel so great when it hits your foot. They should fire their designers! I attempted to send a complaint directly to the company, but they wouldn't accept it unless I gave them personal information, including my date of birth, which I don't give out over the internet.

The new herbal essences are shameful. Outside and inside. The outside packaging looks cheap and tacky – I feel ashamed taking it off the shelf – it just looks so silly! The old one had the classic, ‘herbal goodness’ look with the flowers at the back and see-through product. I loved the pomegranate/lychee one. I always used to think the old one smelt like heaven and was generally good for the hair. This new product smells like any generic brand, if not worse.
Clairol, listen to you consumers. Change it back. I, for one, am NOT buying the new one!

I love herbal but not the new products my favorite was fruit fusions I loved that so much and they dont sell it anywhere except from this dollar store I wish they still sold the ones :(

I have used the old range for years and years and am devastated that I have to buy my shampoo and conditioner on ebay now! I hate the new packaging look, the new feel, the new smell..and the results of the new range mean my hair doesn't look as shiny or feel as knot free ..please bring back the old range, give the consumers a choice! If the old range doesn't resurface I'm going to have to do some serious shopping around for another brand.
Ive been using Herbal Essesnce for years, now thay have this new crap version! Sory but its no the same the bottle are useless the shampoo comes out slow I just hate it. This shampoo is not as good as the original why cant they just leave things as they were. I was happy using the old bottle the new one I tried makes my hair greasy tried a few diffrent ones but still the same. Please please please is there any where i could get the old bottle from...if not looks like bye, bye Herbal Essence...sad
i hate the new herbal essence, i loved the old one. the new one really dries out my hair and dosnt smell as good. i think they have spent so much money on packaging they have scrimped on the quality of the product. i have to find a new conditioner now! hump:(
I used to use Herbal Essences religiously - it being one of only a few products I actually got on with. The new packaging looks great, however it's really not very user friendly, its hard to get the conditioner out and as for the actual product - my scalp has been so sore and flakey, my hair looking greasy and lank :o( I put it down to a change in the weather and the fact that I'd not dyed my hair for a while but it was getting worse so I stopped using Herbal Essences. I tried some other brand I found in my local supermarket, very suspicious as I have so many problems with senstive skin but guess what - my hair is back to it's usual ultra shiny self and my scalp is no longer sore and it's definitely not flakey anymore. Bring back the old herbal essences - get rid of that new crap!
they might be interested when their sales reduce, because i for one will not buy the new range again, i tried it thinking only the packaging was different the whole product is rubbish! i used the old shampoo and conditioner for dry/damaged hair for at least 7 years without a complaint it was the best, and now i'm disgusted in what they are selling now! it doesn't even smell as nice never mind do anything for your hair!
CHANGE IT BACK TO THE OLD RANGE!
I dont care about the bottles. Its the quality of the product I care about. Clairols new produts are crap. I wish they would bring back the original herbal essence shampoo from the 70's. It was great. They made a mistake discontinuing it. I tried to e-mail them ; But they wouldnt take my information. UHMMM !
