Ordered a Canon EF 55-200mm II lens from one of their Ebay auctions on Saturday. After realizing this was not the image stabalized version I sent an Email Sunday requesting the order be canceled before it shipped since they were not working the weekend. I get an Email Monday telling me it was too late to cancel the order. They told me that they had 250 orders to fill that morning and sent mine in before they read my Sunday Email requesting the cancellation and once it was sent in it could not be stopped?? This was only an hour or so later, I doubt the lens had already been packaged and placed on a truck and I'm guessing the order could have still been stopped.It was my mistake to order it to begin with but I would think you would check your Emails in the order they are received in which case all of this could have been avoided.They are willing to accept return of the item once it gets to me but now I'm out the shipping cost regardless. I'll probably just accept it an try to resell on Ebay but I didn't feel like they worked very hard to help resolve the issue.
