On the 25th of November, I placed an order for delivery at the wimpy on Midrand, Halfway house . I placed the order at 8:25 in the morning.Was very hungry at the time . an hour later i tried calling them and could not get through . After a few minutes a lady called me to tell me that the driver had a break down and he will have to go back to the store to get another Bike.At 9:40 I called them again and they gave me a lead time of about 20 minutes max .At 10.07 i tried calling them twice and there was no answer .By the way i have not eaten anything all day and the evening before . Around 10.17 the driver comes with the food .I then told him i'm not going to pay for the food and he can return with it. It's now 10.37 and the manager has not even contacted me to find out why a client would reject their order.The delivery address is 2 Tugela lane, Midrand Juskei view, At the waterfall logistics precinct .Cnr of Bridal veil and R101 .On google it should take about 18 minutes to walk from there to us, It takes 5 minutes to drive from them to us, So I really struggle to understand why my food took about 2 hours to get to me!!!The service there needs to really improve, I can tell you now that i will never buy from you guys again .
