Never buy anything from them. They sell worn shoes.
They send used shoes.
Perhaps, someone didn't like them and decided to return, but first, they wore the shoes to be sure they didn't fit.
And then this wonderful company resells the shoes to another customer hoping she/he will never notice anything.
I noticed. And it's disgusting. Like what the hell? I paid the full cost to wear something that someone else used and there's no way to find out what kind of person it was and what kind of diseases he/she had? It's gross. Ewwww.
Replacement
I have purchased a pair of sandals from www.heels.com and received my order in a timely manner. Sandals looked cute and quality was nice, but there was a small problem. Left sandal was two sizes smaller!
I contacted customer care service and they seemed very nice, they apologized and said they'll ship me the correct size pair.
I paid some extra money for the return shipping and sent the incorrect pair back. Later I received a message from the post office stating that Heels received the package.
But when I contacted them to ask about the replacement they did not reply. They are still ignoring me and I haven't received the sandals.
Fraudulent charges with no return
I ordered shoes from the website www.heels.com. I sent them the payment and my contact info, and they charged my account twice. When I noticed it, I contacted the customer services. The agent promised to return money within 2 days. This man is a liar, because I still haven’t received money back. Each time I heard only stupid excuses and blah-blah-blah. I wonder if there are other people, who had the same experience. Can you provide any good piece of advice?
