Hebeos / product not received, refund not received

My daughter ordered her prom dress from Hebeos (Order No.OU30180416004308025) on 4.16.18.
She tried to cancel on 4.19.18.
Hebeos replied and said the dress was under tailoring and if we wanted to cancel, we would be out 50% and that we should confirm the cancellation.
We did not want to be out $100 so we did not confirm the cancellation.
On 4.24.18, Hebeos emailed that the dress was still under tailoring but that it would arrive by 5.1.18.
On 5.2.18 my daughter emailed asking about the tracking and delivery.
On 5.3.18 Hebeos replied that the dress was stopped because they thought the order was canceled.
The event was on 5.12.18 and there was now no way we could get a dress from Hebeos in time as well as have time to have a local tailor make adjustments.
Many emails have been sent to Hebeos trying to resolve this but they won't acknowledge that they asked for a confirmation of the cancellation or that they sent a status update that the dress would arrive by 5.1.18.
