About 4 months ago I contacted Hebei Juwan regarding a research chemical I was interested in buying. There was back and forth conversation for about a month and I finally ordered. This chemical is a Energizer type substance. Being quite familiar with the product I ordered I was horribly disappointed when my shipment finally arrived. I called the salesperson letting them know I received the wrong product. For 2 months the sales person tried to convince me I received the correct item then finally admitted it was a different item. The sales person said it's a new product try it. The item I received is istonotazine which is 20-100 times stronger than fentanyl. To this day she never told me the product she sent. It would have killed me instantly. Not good business practice for getting a repeat order.

It all seemed legit, all their docs, they have sent us multiple samples on many occasions, but at some point have taken our money, using forged Bill of Lading( apparently they have an access to some info from the port ) and all relevant docs.
Basically we never received our order and our money are gone as well.
NEVER EVER deal with Chinese !
The seller stopped to respond after I transferred money
I have negotiated with the seller from HEBEI YOYO PLASTIC GROUP CO LIMITED. After we finally agreed about the price, these people asked me to send the payment in amount of $670 through Western Union. I sent this payment on the next day and got response that the seller received money. We communicated with the seller through Skype, but this man stopped to communicate with me. I have no other details of this seller. What do I need to do?
