Heartland America sweepstakes

In the Heartland America spring catalog on page 33 is a listing for a sweepstakes. Just find the 5 (five) gold tickets in the catalog and you can enter to win $50, 000. Lo and behold there are only 4 in the catalog. It's a scam to get you to look at every ad and maybe be enticed. The same thing happened in their last catalog. I had my wife go through it as well. We marked each incident of the "tickets" and never found more than 4. Of course their disclaimer says the odds of winning are based on the number of entries which in this case would be 0.

Heartland America overall business

I would never recommend buying any products from heartland america.

A telephone call early this a. M. Alerted me that something was up with a company called "heartland". The female was rapidly reading off all the benefits I could receive. I confirmed with my 89 yr old father that he'd ordered merchandise from heartland. I asked to see the invoice and then checked his amex and sure enough I found hidden charges (Over weight shipping, valued member fee and expedited order fees). I spent a half hours speaking with one agent who tried her best to dodge answering my questions. I finally asked if she gets sick of speaking all this convoluted, crapola lingo. I was told a $30 "rebate" check will be mailed to dad. Not holding my breath waiting to receive it.

Heartland America unauthorized charge

Much to my surprise, I discovered that Heartland has been charging my credit card for a Free Shipping Service ($48.42) that I have never used. Automatic sign up, so they say, on a purchase that I made in 2007. Been billing me yearly.. I'm on automatic payment with my CC Company and shame on me for not noticing this. I am now reviewing my statements carefully. Heartland has said that they will not make refunds over a year old. I have filed a complaint with my Credit Card company and also the California Consumer Fraud Bureau.
What is interesting is the amount. What a strange yearly fee . One that may go unnoticed on large statements

I went online to "get an instant refund". I have the invoices in front of me and it says I have the wrong invoice and order number. SCAM! And I liked ordering from them. No more!

I bought 2 of these bulbs as they are only sold in pairs at $29.98. They are supposed to last 60, 000 hours. My bulbs don't have 600 hours on them and already one of them doesn't work. When I called to complain, they said there is no warranty on them and there was nothing they could do. If you deal with this company you will most likely regret it eventually.

This happened to us for over 2 yrs and over $600 for Miles Kimble and Advantage who put two unauthorized memberships into operation w/o our signing up for anything. Never heard of one that was listed, some charged to services, some for merchandise...but both were of the same origin. Document everything, go after it / a consumer helper firm, and you CAN recover it in full. Good luck everybody...and remember, theses sites (now, like Heartland as well) are now becoming fraudulent and predatory in their operation.

Heartland America is nothing but a rip off I had ordered by phone was my first mistake. Cause the girl didn't seem to know how place my order, to say the least! I had ordered Anders Nicholson 5 in 1 design Old fashioned radio, c/d player, cassette player, turntable, etc.
I purchased the larger model and the cost $250.00 tops cause I had a coupon of $10.00 to cover all the other charges. As I used my Visa in two days tops, Heartland America charged $5.00 extra for WHAT? SO I'd called immediately, and acted like what's the big deal. Well, the big deal is, I was over charged when I was on the phone confirming my final charge would be $250.00 only! This was confirmed twice. I have since told all my closest friends NOT to have any dealing with this company called Heartland America cause they're a total rip off. They keep sending me their crappy catalog and today I receive another one. Getting my Visa credited was like pulling teeth had to hound Heartland to get my $5.00 back. Just Beware of companies like this, they shouldn't allowed to practice in U.S.A.

Heartland America - This is the worst company that I've ever seen or even heard of. I received a call the other day, 03 Nov. 2008 and the gentlemen from Heartland America said that he tried to get money off my credit card and was unable, due to the fact, that I didn't have enough money on the credit card. Then he stated that I owed them $1000.00 for magazines. He said that I have a contract with them, clear up till 2012. He started cussing at me and I started cussing back at him. I told him that I wanted to speak to his manager, but he would not put him on. I hung up on him three or four times, and he would not stop calling me and harrassing my wife and I. They have already taken $59.95 a month, for the past 20 months for six (6) magazines that he stated that I get per month. That comes out to almost $1250.00. And one of them was T.V. Guide, I explained to him, we don't get T.V. Guide here in Hawaii. So, why would he be telling me this. I had canceled this over two (2) months ago. Now, all of a sudden, they are talking about putting this in a collection agency to get my money. Well, guess what? Let them try it. I'm also going to forward this letter to the Better Business Bureau. Now, let's see how much they are going to deal with this. I'm also telling all my friends and family about them. Again...this is the biggest rip off that I've ever seen and I hope that other people out there get this.

Heartland America false advetising

I tried to place my 1st order and receive my $10 "invite a friend" offer and tried to pay via Paypal which Heartland America lists as an approved payment method (I've had bad experiences with cc orders in the past).

Lo and behold, they would NOT let me use Paypal. Could it be because Paypal had so many complaints in the past about unauthorized/added charges for memberships and rebate fraud?

Needless to say, I will order the exact same item from somewhere else where I can feel secure about the charges. Many thanks to this forum!

They also send you these $10 "Gift Cards" that never work.

You have to call them and get them to fix it every time and most folks aren't willing to do that.

They're CRAP!

Heartland America short shipped, billed complete

Ordered and was billed for three items. Only two of them were packed in the box. They recreated the shipment and weighed it and found it heavier than the one shipped but rather than sending the omitted item they send bogus emails meant to delay and eventually ignore the claim. They require two weeks to send a postal claim form (the shipper was UPS) when any form can be attached to an email. I'm not waiting any longer and am writing to my credit card company for a refund of the missing item to be credited to my account.

Heartland America is an unethical and arrogant business. Do not do business with them under any circumstances. You'll be sorry.

Heartland America unauthorized withdrawal for membership renewals

I have ordered from them before, the product worked okay, but the product is now defective. But when I was shopping somewhere else, I found out that the company took money out without my permission for membership renewal. They did not even send me an email telling me that my membership was due please renew or cancel, no, they took it out and overdrew my bank account. I had to wait about 4 days to put it back in and cancel the membership, which I don't even need anymore since they did not leave my bank account alone. I would of trusted them, but they do things that I do not agree with such as sending things that wear out easily and go into your bank account without your permission. So buyer or newbie beware of this company if you are planning on saving money by getting their membership. Plus the membership is only recommended for frequent shoppers, once you sign up for it and the year has passed be prepared for them to withdraw $40.00 from your bank or credit card without an email
saying they were going to take money out even when you do not have money in there in the first place. If you order once, don't get the membership!

Heartland America false and deceptive

First I ordered online and entered the code given on the catalog for $10 off. When the $10 off did not show up on my checkout price I immediately called customer service and was told it had already gone through and they couldn't do anything about it. However, I would be sent a coupon for $10 off my next order. I figured it was better than nothing. Then when my coupon arrives, it's two $5 coupons that can only be used one order at a time. Not quite the same as one $10 coupon, is it? Certainly not the same as getting what was advertised right? When I tried to order online again I entered the code for $10 off from the catalog, and then realized there was no place to enter my "make up" coupon. So I called customer service before placing the order and was told to go ahead and place the order, then call back to take off the coupon! Why couldn't my $10 have been taken off as advertised the first time I ordered!? What if the $10 code didn't work again? Well congratulations; you made as sale without delivering on the advertised price. When I was offered a remedy I was deceptively told I was getting a $10 coupon; I got two $5 coupons that could only be used one order at a time. Stay away from this rip-off company!

Heartland America terrible service

I purchased a pressure washer made by Tornado Tools from them. Either a part was missing or the product had a defect. The directions were unintelligible and incomplete. Nowhere on the product or in the manual was ther a manufacturer contact. So, I called Heartland to get one. They couldn't tell me fast enough my one-month refund window had passed. I explained that I didn't want to return the item, just get instructions or the missing part. I was place on hold for over 20 minutes, again told sorry the return window had passed, they have no parts and can't help me. I waited again for a supervisor who said there only contact for this manufacturer was Double D Trading company in Hong Kong and unfortunately, my refund window has expired. I didn't expect to return the item but getting some help from the retailer in a case like this is certainly expected.

Heartland America unauthorized charges

I will never ever purchase from Heartland America again. Upon purchasing anything, it was continuously offered to me that if I paid $39.95 in addition to order, I would get 10% off and $20 in rebates. You are told even if you change your mind no questions asked. Wrong. That is a lie. Also, another offer of $39.95, reduced shipping/free shipping. Again, promised if not happy a refund, another lie. All together I have lost over $150.00 in cash with Heartland. 1. Never got rebates, 2. Refused to take back faulty product. 3. Both plans have a fine print that actually does not allow a refund. I never saw this but the $80 was kept and I had to throw away the defective products. 4. If sent a faulty product and it doesn't work, even if you pay for the extended warranty, the money spent on warranty, kept by company, product is not replaced, given a partial refund on credit card, product cost $168. received $128. on card. In addition to the two (2) $39.98 plans I signed up, those were also refused back even though the customer service said no matter what your complaint. I don't have any of their products and spent several hundred dollars. I purchased mostly electronics. Also, if you do call and explain you are unhappy with product, you will many times be placed on hold trasnfered around and eventually hung up on. I am disabled and money is tight. I am so hurt that this company is allowed to sell bad products and then make up excuses for not receiving your rebates, and other services which you paid and were lied to by the Customer service team.

Heartland America scam charges

I placed an order last night after a window popped up stating that the item I was looking at, if purchased right now today 6-25-09 qualified for free shipping. A very small discalimer under the item said some items would incure an oversize shipping charge. After purchasing I was hit with a order processing charge of 2.99 plus shipping charges of 12.95. Today when going back to their sight the oversized shipping charge is listed at 4.95.

When I called to ask for my free shipping as advertised, I was told that the item I purchased is oversize as the the charges will not be adjusted, I said that I should only have to pay the oversize charge that my purchase
Said free shipping today only... After getting disconected 4 times asking for a superviser the supeviser girl said there was nothing she was going to do, that the shipping and handling charges would remain. But she did admit that the pop up ad "purchase now window for free shipping" was a problem. She just could not do anything about it and if I wanted to complain I could write a mr. Richard winters. Very shady, no regard for the customer, deceiving practices, poor customer service, false and misleading ads... I will never purchase from them again! Ever!

Heartland America should be made to change their name to "Buyer Beware". Please think twice before making any purchases from this crummy company. The merchandise (two laptops) I received from them just before X-mass, were of horribly inferior quality and not what was represented in writing or pictured in catalog. One was broken and both were filthy dirty (used) and just simply nasty! I spoke with a manager from Heartland when I wanted to return them, and received a big "run a round" about shipping back and getting a refund. This Grandma on a budget, trying to do a nice thing for her two Grandchildren, is sad and embarrassed. Fool me once Heartland, but not twice. Shame on you!

Its no surprise. If you buy any product make that IS a local purchase or you'll lose your money. They operate within the law because is not a felony scamming you out of $19.99 and the big ### corporation has long and slippery arms, as she can squeeze the consumer.
THEY HAVE BEEN IN BUSINESS FOR MORE THAN 15 YEARS AND CONGRESS KNOWS ABOUT THEIR DECEPTION AND YET WOULD LET THEM CONTINUE TO BE A "NASTY PIMPLE". I WOULD NOT EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. Run the word of moutyh to your family & friends and watch it thin out and disappear!

Heartland America worst customer service

Worst customer service experience in years!
I ordered an item then learned a family member had purchased a similar one as a gift. So before the Heartland order arrived, I called Customer Service to explain and asked how to return without incurring shipping. Was told to refuse at the door or take it to a UPS center if I missed the driver. Sure enough, I missed the driver. Next day, took the unopened package to a UPS center (Staples). Got a return tracking slip. Three days later, the same package arrived at my door, again while I was not home. Called Heartland. A person identifying themselves as a supervisor had no patience for the story. Attitude, attitude, attitude! Although a Heartland customer for over 17 years, no offer to help with the postage or simply to understand that I simply did what a Heartland rep. told me to do; and which should have been logged on my order screen. Bottom line: besides the aggravating interaction with a so-called supervisor whose impudence is trumped only by a company that has apparently lost 'heart' for its customers, it's costing me $8 dollars for shipping. And BTW: I learned and confirmed, that Buy.com has exactly the same item (refurb. GPS) at $45 dollars less. I urge you to be very careful with what the 'real' cost of dealing with Heartland America is. Other dissatisfied customer reviews are worth paying attention to. No wonder Heartland does not subscribe to customer review services like this one.

Their catalogs advertise "Free Shipping on any order" but then they tack on an "Oversized item fee" without telling you, and then charge you anyway. Their "special deals" are bogus too since you can't get one without being a "Member" which costs you more money. All and all this place is a rip-off. NEVER AGAIN!

Yes, fortunately for me, my credit card on file with them was not viable when they tried to do that to me. My initial entry into their Value Club thing did not at all discuss their automatic renewal (as I looked for it heavily having been burned in the past). They did send me something later disguised as a $10 off coupon, that did warn me of the auto renewal, but I did not read it at the time since I was not ready to use the coupon. I NEVER signed anything agreeing to the charge. later told them on the phone that we would be having a serious problem had they auto renewed me. Fortunately, as of 2010, this auto renewal practice is no longer legal, but I still will not purchase anything from them again. They are crooks and I hope that people get wise to this practice and that they go out of business. I also hate the auto $2.99 processing fee added to each order. So, I guess when I bid a contracting job, I can quote a lower price and then add a processing fee later huh and might as well do the job again the following year and bill them automatically? Companies like them only make the more honest Internet companies look better and may the most honest company win in the long run.

Heartland America deceptive advertising

I purchased the Anders Nicholson stereo system. It arrived on 12/15/08. While setting it up, I saw the following instructions for the phono player, "Take the rubber mat out of the plastic bag and lay it on the Turntable." I was surprised to see that there is no rubber mat. The phono player therefore cannot be used. I was even more surprised when I called the Returns Dept. and was told that the rubber mat doesn't come with it, but has to be purchased separately! Nowhere in the company's ad for the item does it say or even imply that. Neither does the Instructions Manual indicate that the rubber mat is an optional item which must be purchased separately.

There is an implied warranty of merchantability which applies automatically if the seller is a merchant. The implied warranty of merchantability is a representation that the item will do what it is supposed to do.

I now must now waste time, money, and effort to repack and return the item to Heartland America and fight for a full refund, i.e., included the costs of postage and the company's processing fee.

BEWARE Heartland America their business model is basically to repackage garbage products and sell them at deep discounts.
I already knew this, and took the good with the bad. Sometimes getting great deals and sometimes getting products that were slightly damaged, missing parts et.

I gave up on them over this UKULELE I just bought

I started playing the UKE about a year ago and saw this one advertised on Heartland America as "the best looking and playing uke our buyers had ever seen". It was advertised for about $45 which is actually an average price for a Uke, but since I had a $20 store credit from a previous rebate (which they tried to cheat me out of by the way) I decided to add to my collection for a real bargain (after the rebate, mind you).

I was very excited about getting my new Uke, that is until I opened the package. It was really the biggest piece of garbage I had ever seen. It was so poorly constructed there were visible gaps in just about every seam. Ther was NO FINGERBOARD; the frets were just hammered into a flattened neck, the strings were cheap plastic (not nylon) both bridges were made of cheap, soft plastic. And needless to say, with those characteristics, apart from being hideously ugly it was completely unplayable. Without a fingerboard, the strings were so high off the frets that pressing them down changed the pitch. It was NOT a musical instrument by any stretch. It was a toy replica or wall-hanging piece worth probably less than $5.

I sent it back immediately without holding back on my disapointment and I got a refund for about half of the purchase price (actually the purchase price minus my store credit). I am out of pocket over $40 on the deal and NOTING TO SHOW FOR IT!

I wrote them explaining how the item was nothing like what was advertised and that I should be due Purchase Price PLUS Shipping PLUS their RIDICULOUS "order processing fee" of 2.99 they charge on EVERY ORDER PLUS return shipping.
They replied that a credit had benn posted (the parial credit already received).

They are a deceptive outfit that sells CRAP!

Maybe 3 out of 10 times you'll be happ with what you buy from them, but why risk it?

On 6/26/09 I placed an order, through the mail, with Heartland for 2 market umbrellas shown on page 1 of their catalog, for $29.99 ( AFTER REBATE) each plus $9.95 shipping (each).
My total cost, including the processing and shipping charges came to $82.87.
Today I received a letter from Heartland America that I still owed them $20.00!
I called Customer Service immedietly to inquire and was told that the catalog plainly states that one must send in for the rebate and ALSO, that the rebate only applied to ONE of the umbrellas!
Of course I'm not standing for any of this outright false advertising, commenting to the representative that nowhere on the umbrella ad (or anywhere else) does it state that I must apply for the rebate nor is there a statement that the rebate only applies to one item. The umbrellas were plainly advertised as $29.99 each AFTER REBATE.
I was put on hold to talk to a "supervisor" about the problem--another delay tactic which lasted at least 5 minutes before I hung up and called Customer Service and demanded to have my order cancelled immediately and not to put me on hold again.
My order was promptly cancelled and my money will be returned.
This is my LAST order with Heartland America. My husband and I have ordered many things in the past from them before, but deceive me and lie to me once, and my business is history with you.

Heartland America misrepresented cost of product!

This company is a very sophisticated scam. They advertise an excellent "sale" and then add numerous "conditions" and miscellaneous fees. The result is the "extra" fees often amount to as much or more than the advertised purchase price of the item. They do "inform" you about such charges, but in a manner that is vague and designed to escape your attention. They are counting on the fact that most people will not dispute a few dollars or go through the effort of filing a rebate. Another person in this forum posted about the so called "rebate". he is correct. They do not give rebates, or they make it very difficult for you to get the rebates. If you want store credit or a gift card you can do so in a few seconds on line, but if you want cash (and there is no assurance that they are offering you a cash rebate) you must mail your receipt, etc to them. There is no reason, other than they are trying to make it difficult for you to file a cash rebate, why the processes must be different. Furthermore, why not just charge the sale price and be done with it (did I mention people tend not to file rebates unless it is for a large amount). Finally, their customer service is horrible. The women I spoke with was confrontational, rude and finally hung up on me. Wow! I strongly suggest you do not become involved with this company.

Now I am sorry for getting their membership and free shipping deal. I've bought from them for years and after my recent axion tv purchase and the whole rebate issue, I will be done with them forever!

Heartland America just another internet rip off company

1. I called Heartland to order electric blanket #56726 which had a $10.00 Rebate.

2. The sales person said I would receive an email confirming the order and the rebate form would be in the box.

3. I have not received any emails from Heartland and there was no form. I followed the directions on the invoice and went to their website and filled out the form.

4. The website said there was no rebate for this item.

5. I called Heartland and punched in the rebate key.

6. I was told to drop the zeros from my customer number, this did not work and I would have to call another number.

7. Bottom line is "NO REBATE" from Heartland America.

8. I sent an email saying that they were a bunch of liars and thieves. Still have not heard anything from Heartland America.

I BOUGHT A CROTON CHRONOMASTER WATCH FROM HEARTLAND AMERICA AND WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE QUALITY OF THE WATCH. SHORTLY AFTER I BOUGHT IT AND BEFORE I COULD WEAR IT EVEN ONCE A LARGE CRACK APPEARED IN THE CRYSTAL. I THINK THEY SELL CHEAP MERCHANDISE AND DO NOT BACK UP THEIR PRODUCTS. I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM AGAIN OR BUY A CROTON WATCH EITHER.

Why is there such a problem with getting a rebate form. I have always ordered my blankets from Heartland, but no more-I am even thinking of sending this one back if I don't get my rebate form-please send. You try to pull it up on the Net-I can't.

Heartland America poor service!

Below is a copy of an email I sent them after talking with one of their their rude c. s. reps. they really should refer to them as customer obstruction and frustration reps. another example of no service after the sale. (the item was defective right out of the box)

Email to company:

I received some merchandise from you on friday which turned out to be defective. I called your "customer service" saturday to get more information on returning the product. because the product was sent defective to me I should not have to pay additional costs to return it. that is common sense. one of your representatives who called herself angie was very rude and offered absolutely no help. she was argumentative and had no alternative solutions such as me shipping the item and you would have another out in the mail immediately. that is good customer service. now, i'm not interested in dealing with your company any further, and be assured I will tell anyone who will listen how you deal with customers after the sale. obviously any company can sell products but when there is a problem only the best companies will bring the issue to a fair compromising resolution.
I am returning this package and apparently will have to pay to have it shipped back. thanks for a perfectly sucky experience!

Ordered one item; Heartland tried (unsuccessfully), to charge my Google checkout account for two others items I had...in my cart! After several e-mails complaining to their customer services about this unusual procedure..This company, nevertheless, sent me two items, and asked me to pay for all three items. I refused and told their customer services that I will never pay for the return of items I did not ordered. After countless e-mails, they finally agreed and I will never shop with this company.

I received defective merchandise and Heartland wants me to pay more to get a new phone. I have tried to talk to customer service, but have been told by 3 very rude representatives that they know their job better than I do and then proceeded to hang up on me. Unbelievable. Now I am sending back the phone and I will NO longer purchase anything from this company. Buyers beware!

Heartland America false advertising regarding rebates

Heartland America
www.heartlandamerica.com

Heartland America (www.heartlandamerica.com) advertises on its website that some products come with a rebate. When you get the rebate form, you find out that it's not a cash refund (which is the most common type of rebate), but is actually a discount coupon on your next purchase from Heartland America. PLUS, this so-called rebate is only good for about a month. To us, the advertising of this sort of rebate was false advertising. BEWARE!

I ordered My Pillow plus one and being charged $49.99 for both with Heartland America. Why am I charged for 2 pillows when the TV advertisement is buy one and get one free?

Buyer Beware is an understatement! The State of Minnesota is certainly obligated by law to follow up on the fradulent advertising of Heartland.America and I most definitely am contacting the Better Business Bureau. Their prominent ad related to meeting any competitor's price had no mention of terms and conditions that would apply. Same advertisement was very clear on the 30 day money back guarantee. I called and the first customer representative who stated that they will only meet a better price found within their own company catalog made no sense. I asked to speak with a suoervisor, was put on hold for 15 minutes and then was disconnected. I called back, asked to speak with a supevisor once again and after an additional 15 minutes on hold, was connected to a rude, arrogant and disrespectful"supervisor"- Mike 130. Again, beware of ordering from this company. They do not stand by their word.

On 4/29/2011, I THOUGHT I placed a $358. and some chance of an order, and the hell began. First, they tell me they need to verify it is me and that it is me that placed an order over $250.00, and they did and I had the funds in my acct. Well, they chose to take far too long to get the funds-which I still had available until the 5th of May.I was assured on 5/2 and 3/2011, that they had taken the money and it was in 'limbo'; yet again, needing verification.FOR TWO WEEKS.I suppossedly spoke w/ several supervisors; I was later informed by one of the operators@2:30am that I had only spoke w/2 supers and the rest were ops. My bit&h is I have been a customer of theirs for 12 yrs. and fairly w/no problems. And now this happens.BS!I was awaiting the 3 pr. of cowboy boots(which 1 pr.had been discontinued and they did not tell me nor take it off my order.)for my deaf son who I haven't seen in 20+ yrs. and he's a cowboy(!) and I wanted to get him new, nice boots! Looks like I'll be getting him his boots and what not else I ordered some where else. Stay Clear Of Heartland America unless you enjoy getting jerked around daily and lied to darn near to you face.

As I said above, I have complete faith in Heartland America, and I will continue to purchase things from them. In fact, I am a member of their buying club for the past several years.

I have been purchasing things from Heartland America since 1985. Half the things in my last two apartments have come from them. I have gotten things from them that had rebates, and what I got back, were checks for them, or a credit slip from them to apply against my next purchase. I have never had any problems with them in the 26 years that I have been buying things from them. To prove my point, several years ago I bought a TV from them. After three weeks, it started to screw up. I called the company and told them what it was doing. I was told to pack it in the carton and they would notify FEDEX to pick it up and return it. They did so, and it didn't cost me anything to ship it back. In fact, they also refunded the money I had paid for the shipping when I first ordered it. I got a FULL REFUND for everything; TV & shipping; plus the return shipping which they paid. I have an order right now, ready to send to them. I'll keep buying from them as long as they are around, or as long as I am alive. I have complete faith in the company and their procedures. I have never had a delayed shipping, except one time. And, they notified me that the item I ordered was sold out and back ordered. They gave me the choice of waiting for it, or cancelling my order. To show you that I'm a true customer of this company, my name is RJ Wieand and my Customer number is 4121515. I live in Fort Worth, Texas.

To me, rebate means money returned to the customer. Heartland
should be forced to say something like " you will receive a coupon
for $ xx.xx off on your next purchase with us. Anything else is
deceit and a lie.

You can get a 7% rebate from Mr. Rebates and a $10.00 instant off coupon code at RETAIL ME NOT.
A 22 dollar item cost me 12 bucks not bad! However i would not make big purchases there, there is no way for the company to assist with problems if they arise!
