Heart Guardian is a scam...heard this on the radio and in a weak in the head moment ordered. Received the one bottle and paid and automatically received another bottle which I did not order through their "Autocrap".
I am waiting for the so called "tape" of my order...this will be the third day. I have all the time to continue calling them to ask if they had "reviewed" my tape and did actually agree to it. If you advise them of returning the bottle for a refund, they advise you you will receive "store credit"! NEVER NEVER AGAIN...I am in the process of notifying AG's in New Jersey and Utah as well as the local DA's and possibly the IRS/FDA. Label on bottle is questionable as to content...drug or food product? Just sign me "troublemaker">>> When someone skins me...I skin back...any way I can.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I ordered from Heart Guardian's website one bottle of Cholesterolblock to try it. After one month with this product my cholesterol was not reduced but actually grew 25 points.
I discontinued using Cholesterol block - I had a few pills left, and never ordered additional bottles.
Without my permission Heart Guardian started sending me the Cholesterol block capsules on a monthly bases continuously charging my credit card. I called them to cancel and told to credit my money back, they refused.
They asked to return the unused two bottles, which I did, but they would not return me my money anyway. Instead they offered to choose something else from the list their products. Stay away from this company, and their products.
How can they take money out of my account without my cosent. I hope they rot in ***. I live on a fixed income and my health is excellent so why would I need this product anyway. I checked my online banking today and seen a withdrawl of $49.95 from Heart Guardian. Ive never heard of this place and I never ordered any of their products. Ive turned them into my bank and they will get my money back. this company should be sued... Hope to read about this company going to court. I will keep a watch out in my newspaper.
Heart Guardian have charged me $29.95/month for two months (September and October). Ididn't order anything from the company, and I don't them at all. The charges are authorized and I don't recognize I have ordered or received anything from the company. This is a frault charge and keep sucking blood from consumer. It should be stopped and cannot be tolerated. The company has posted three phones numers [protected], [protected], [protected]) on their web-site, when you call this phones, a recording said they are no longer valid and have been disconnected.
I have been trying to cancel a subscription with them for two months their tel No is constantly busy: they are a scam and operating illegally...
Beware!
I have had $49.99 the equivalent of £33.46, I have no prior knowledge of this company and have only learnt about it through these complaints. It is a direct debit on my card and my bank say they can't stop it. I am going to get back in touch with my bank and see if they can find a website. This happened to me before and I was able to stop it through the website. Has anyone else any ideas?
My bank statement shows a charge of $49.95 from Heart Guardian for some kind of pills that I never ordered,
never received, never would have ordered in a million years because I am of average weight and do not have
a cholesterol problem. I have never ordered any kind of medication or vitamins online, in fact I rarely order
ANYTHING online. I hope I can get a refund.
My cholestrol was reading just over 300 at my semi-annual checkup. My doctor wanted to put me on cholestrol meds, however after seeing the ads from Heart Guardian I decided to try that first. I took the cholestrol block for 6 months. I just had my six month checkup and my cholesterol reading was the same as 6 months ago. I was scammed on this one. Please advise others to not waste their money.
I want to send this back, but their phone is off the hook..24 hours a day. I am like the last complainant, I too have received two shipments... the second sent autoship. The 1st was shipped 7/26 and the 2rd shipped 8/10 almost before the 1st order came to me.
I'm sending both back with auto tracking...
Beware people!
On 5/28/09 I ordered three bottlew at 99.95. When my statement came, they charged me with one bottle for 29.95 and an additional 3 at $99.95 on that same day. However, I never received any product.
Shows a 59.00 charge to my bank. In dispute as I never ordered.
Unauthorized subscription unable to cancel
WelwatchMD charged me $29.95 per month on my credit card for nothing. I stopped the payment with my credit card company. Now they change their name to Heart Guardian and have started charging me again. I caught it and called my credit company to stop the payment and asked for credit. I need a cancellation number. Please check your credit report, I agree it is a big scam.
My credit card was charged for Cholesterol block on 9/20/08 but I didn't receive any product, There is no way to contact these people. I'd like to cancel my subscription
The very same thing happened to me! What in the world? Did you figure it out?
I see you have all had a problem with "Wellness Watchers MD"and Heart Guardian
So have I.
Did you ever get things resolved? I am going through Visa to try and get a refund.
Please let me know if any of you have been successful in getting your money back.

After 7 months of trying to get my$60 refund promised by HeartGuardian, I am STILL waiting to receive it. This is after innumerable phone calls and endless promises from their public relations (?) staff.
I have been told: it was in the mail; I'd receive it within 2 weeks (about 5 times); it was on a stack of papers waiting to have checks mailed out (in Nov. 2007); the PR person was "looking" at my letter right then and take care of it after he hung up with me (Dec. 2007); the owner was a little behind and was catching up; they were so sorry and would be "right on it"; they didn't understand, this didn't normally happen...I heard many more excuses.
EXCUSES SEEM TO BE WHAT THIS COMPANY DELIVERS BEST!
Finally I sent an e-mail to the company 2 weeks ago. I got a response within hours, it was anonymous. No one in particular signed it, or gave me a direct contact. I was informed there was a check "in the mail", given that check's number and told I'd see it within a week...NO SIGN OF THE CHECK YET.
One of the ladies I spoke to answered calls in her home. She was very surprised by my comments and questions and seemed sincere in response to my concerns. She said the company was in a separate building so she couldn't look at any files or speak to management while I was on the phone with her. I asked her to call me after she found out when I'd get my check and she actually did call the next day (3 weeks ago) and told me I'd receive it the next week.
Since then I've called again and e-mailed twice.
I've been planning on calling the New Jersey and Utah Attorney General's and Better Business Bureau's for some time. After reading the above complaints I'm getting hold of them ASAP.
DON'T GET THIS PRODUCT. Something is seriously wrong when you can't get to the top of a business. THERE IS NO ACCOUNTABILITY. I don't know if the phone people are taught what lies to say, or they are naive to the reality of the business.
HEARTGUARDIAN IS A SHAM
Yes, this company sends unauthorized shipment of product and deduct from your credit card. It happened to me as well. Thanks to God, My original order is not even past two weeks when I found out that they have charged my cc. I recommend everyone to make a complaint with Federal Trade Commission. I also believe any satisfactory comment is phony and made by company people. The site for FTC is: http://www.ftc.gov/bcp/consumer.shtm

I just had a $59.00 charge to my credit card from this company? I don't even know what it is .. I didn't make the charge...
At this point in time I am completely satisfied with this product. The only problem I had was in ordering more. My Cholesterol dropped and I also dropped 10 pounds. I've had no problems with this company. I found their service people very helpful and friendly.
Totally Satisfied on the West Coast
I also have received and been billed for 3 shipments that I didn't authorize. I am in the process of filing a fraud complaint with my CC company. However it is hard with a phone number that is constantly busy and no apparent address.
I fell for it too. I just recieved my 5th bottle. Two months ago I cancelled my order, but they just keep sending me the Heart Guard and taking $34.95 out of my account.
Clearly, the Heart Guardian pill doesn't work! I cancelled my membership, but still received a second shipment. I did not open the box and sent it back "return to sender." Time will tell!
The company that makes Heart Guardian (Cholesterblock) has been issued a warning letter by FDA. A copy is on the internet posted around 3/17/07.
The BBB of New Jersey on a report I received on 3/20/07 states that "Company cannot be located".
The company that markets this stuff is BCM Direct, LP.
Jenine Freeman is head of customer service and a person by the name of Peter A Meyer is listed as managing partner.
FDA sent the warning letter to a person named Scott Black located in Austin Texas.
I have not be able to locate a physical address for the Company.
I also have refund problems and unauthorized charges on my credit card.
I am submitting a complaint to FTA pointing out, in my opinion, false advertising.
