healthypets / Non delivery of my shipment
I ordered Cosequien DS for my dog from healthypets.com at 5th October 2008 and paid $111.45.
I received a shippment confirmation from the side at 10th October 2008 with "order no 3887194" and "Label/Receipt Number: LJ[protected]U S”
I have not received my order since a month.
I ordered the same medicine from different internet sides in US, I received max. in 10 days without facing any problem.
Although, I have sent some reminder messages and have made many international calls from Turkey, I did not receive a satisfactory reply from healtypets side about status of my shipment.
There is no track of shipping with “Label/Receipt Number: LJ[protected]U S” neither in USPS system nor in Turkish postal service.
This was my first order from this side, but I faced with very poor service quality.
I also asked from healthypets either trace action to delivery of my shipment urgently or compensation of my loss due to their poor service standards. However, I did not receive any satisfactory reply the side yet.
