While the techs were clean and friendly. Their work as so so. I had them clean the vents, fireplace and dryer vent. When they were done cleaning the fireplace there was soot all over the place. They cleaned the dryer vent from the outside in, not from the inside out. The vent runs the length of the house, so I am not sure how clean it really got.
Out of all the available plug-ins they unplugged the freezer and never plugged it back in. Everything in the freezer had to be thrown out after returning from vacation. Healthy Air has not returned any of my phone calls.
I would not use them again.

There are several issues, I have called multiple times and explain this issue multiple times and the information was supposed to be forwarded to someone who could help me weeks ago. Long story short, the person who came to my house got his tool stuck in the hose that exits the dryer and goes into the wall/vent. He sends me in the house to check and see if dryer was on and while I was in the house, he went to his truck got another tool and had it sitting on the ground to make it look like he managed to pool his tool out. He tells me he can't fix the problem and I will have to contact a contractor to redo my vents because something wasn't right. He tells me his services was going to be 160.00. So he tells me that i couldn't pay with a credit card and he follows me to the atm up the street. I give him the cash and he goes back to his truck and I'm thinking that he is going to write me a receipt and he peels off. So i go in the house and pull my dryer out from the wall, unhook the hose from my dryer and wall and what did I find? I find that tool still stuck inside my hose. The guy never told me his tool was stuck and that he couldn't get it out. He lies and tells me something was wrong with my vent and to call a contractor. I have pictures to prove it. By the way, try going to their website...oh yea their website url doesn't even work!
Recently I had an amazing experience using this wonderful company.
Service man came on time and he was polite and neat, he explained everything about charges by promotional coupon and i did understood that i had some extra work involved.
Coupon cover certain part of service and as long as i have 3 lvl house and it really could be 3 main ducts each floor i did understand that it takes time and money to clean each of them. I don't think its fair to write down something bad about this company cuz i am not so cheap and i can pay for my own house service as i am paying for carpet cleaning and lawn service. I think they are really competitive and i will definitely recommend to all my friends and family.

These guys are professionals, air duct and dryer vent cleaning service they preformed, I never would have imagined the difference it would make for my kids and even me. They did a great job and I wanted to say thanks so other people in the area knows who to choose if they need ducts cleaned on their house. Will recommend
Oh, they won't. I've been trying to get returned calls for months with no luck. We got our service about a week before us. They ruined our carpets and did a terrible job on the vents and left a pretty big mess in the house in general. I did manage to get the owners number and name (Tim Burdy(sp?) [protected] because he gave to Chase when I challenged it. Funny that he'll return their calls. The only time I tried to contact him we spoke for a few moments, the call "dropped" and he's never picked up when I call back. Good luck. Even if we don't get taken care of we can hopefully save some others. More contact info...
