Healthmaster Montel Blendercomplaint

Dear Sirs,

I bought 4 units of Healthmaster Montel Benders on 12-14-2009. I meant to give three as gifts to my family. Soon after I bought them mine broke. I opened another and it broke soon after. The third broke after that. The fourth followed. I returned some several times and the base would soon break again. I sent $30 dollars each time and shipping. Each time was burned. Still the refurbished units broke. The original unit # was [protected]. I finally gave up and did not use these blenders anymore. I now called and was told that you no longer carry them. They had a lifetime warranty. I was now told you now carry a 100 year anniversary juicer instead worth $130. The company is now called Tri star products, inc. I was told to send these bases back at my cost and 14.99 for each of the new juicers to be sent instead. I am not willing to take the chance since I was given the option to return the unit bases at my expense but would get $539.80 refund instead. I am requesting this refund instead. spoke with Terry on 11-29-18. I am not sure why they want the broken bases back but I complied. It did cost $ 78.76 for the least expensive route. I feel that this should be added to my refund and I should be refunded $618.56. Please consider my request

I was told to email for a written verification that a refund will ensue as only a phone agreement was made. I called Customer Service [protected] on 11-29-18 and spoke with Terry. I have enclosed an attachment for my return receipt.
