Healthcare Advantage / Refusal to return initial fee
After signing up for the program and receiving my membership packet, I decided the program was not going to be beneficial to me. The packet states that if I return the membership materials and a letter stating that I want a refund within the 30 day trial period, my initial month fee of 129.99 would be refunded to me. Every time I call about it, I am given the run-around. The same guy answers the phone but tries to disquise his voice. I am constantly being told that someone will have to call me back but no one ever does. I have stopped payment on my bank account so these guys can't deduct any more money from my account, but I want my initial fee back plus the $60 sign up fee.
