The department is sometimes corrupt, and the cops are mostly all racists, and using racial slurs or attacking innocent/defenseless blacks just for kicks!

I noticed a lot of "wanted" charges on my September credit card statement from four different membership companies...none which I applied for.

One of them was from Boom, Health & Beauty @$59.99/month charge that also appear on my September and October statement. In fact, these are 5 different unwanted charges from 5 different “membership” type companies with monthly membership charges deducted out of my credit card starting on my September visa card statement all posted within 1 -2 days from each other. After careful investigation, it seems that came from my last mail order charge (that same day posting) from a internet company that I ordered some items from. They did asked me to try a Discount membership for 30 days for FREE and I would get 20% off my order...which I agreed to by phone and they said our conversation was being recorded (which I didn't mind) and the costs is only $14.95/month. When they asked me if I agree to discounts in travel, health, hotels, beauty, coupons, discount movie tickets, etc. I said, "why not...it's only $14.95/month membership and I get 30 days free and if I want to extend it, it'll be only $14.95 and I can cancelled at any time. A lot of people don’t remember conversations after they hang up the phone but I have a very good memory of this one. After you’d placed your order by phone and you want to decide to take the offer of a 30 day FREE membership, you are transferred to another person who will VERBALLY sign you up for the 30 day FREE membership. The person will informed you that the conversation will be recorded (which most people will say it’s O.K.). He/She asked a question and you answered. (Like your name, your address, tell you about the MEMBERSHIP (not plural…just single…MEMBERSHIP). What really happened was that they don't tell you is that the travel, health, hotel, vacation, beauty, coupons are all offers for memberships to DIFFERENT organizations, EACH one of these companies have their own membership fee that will be billed to your credit card. It’s really tricky how this recording was done. Every time they asked a question, you hear a “click” and then you answer the question. Some questions are sort of confusing or vague so you normally will start asking for more
information, the person on the other end will come back on, saying, “Just answer YES or NO, then they will asking the answer again and you will hear a “click”. Each one of those questions are transferred and molded later toward a particular membership company and sent over to them. The original mail order company that you FIRST officially ordered your merchandize from transferred you over to the FREE MEMBERSHIP for 30 days department and these people in the FREE MEMBERSHIP department passed over your recorded agreement along with on your CREDIT CARD number to all these OTHER "membership" agencies. That’s how they were able to your credit card number and that's how they are STILL ABLE TO KEEP on charging on your card. That’s how all the different charges are on your credit card statement from companies you never heard of. When you called these companies up, their representative all claim that they have a “recording” of your conversation and the verbal agreement which no doubt they probably do have it ….but it’s an “altered” version of it with only YES or NO answers which can be fit into any questions asked. I think this is HOW it was done.

From Boom, Health & Beauty leads to Healthbuy.com which leads you to
Pacific Naturals Co. (Burbank, California)

Boom, Health & Beauty @ $59.97/mo. Membership [protected]) (Burbank, Calif) .AKA Healthbuy.com AKA www.websupportcenter.com, AKA Pacific Natural Co. 2049 North Lincoln, Burbank, Calif 95104 . They also operated under the company names such as Healthbuy.com, Pacific Naturals. Co., Market Health, Inc.; 18458 Santar Street; 2040 North Lincoln, GSMC Ventures, Inc, dailyinfosolutions, Healthlegend.com, Zeta Clear, Nutralogy.

(This company only have a total 1-5 people working on their staff. When you usually called in, you will always get a person named Christian (a real jerk who keeps hanging up on me and talk over me and yells at me...doesn't disclosed the REAL name of the company or the address or transferred me to his Supervisor. I was persistent. The first time that I called the phone number listed on my credit card statement, I got Christian. He was REALLY NICE until I asked him about the unwanted charge on my credit card statement. He hung up on me. Then I had to called him back 3 times and I keep getting Christian AGAIN and AGAIN. . And he hung up on me 3 times. Every I called, I get a greetings and some pre-recorded greeting that if I needed customer service to go on line: www.websupportcenter.com. I went on line to www.websupportcenter.com and it listed a U.S. customer service contact phone number. So I called the phone number listed in the www.websupportcenter.com for U.S. customers and I got CHRISTIAN AGAIN….and of course he hung up on me again. In fact, in you called the United Kingdome Customer Service number [protected] or the Australia Customer Service phone: [protected], you probably end up with CHRISTIAN. I called up the same phone number the next day and I got Christian again!. He knew who I was before I said a word so I guess my name and phone number must light up on his phone monitor. I started to asked him a couple of questions about his company, he started yelling and talking over me…then he hung up on me again. He did this 3 times and I repeatedly told him who I was and what line of work I do, he hung up anyway. After more hung ups again, I told him that since he’s the ONLY one who always answers the phone, I am going to named him on my “fraud” complaint and he’s going to be ONLY one who is going to be “hung out to dry” on “criminal fraud charges. I guess that must had “scared” him. He reluctantly told me that their company website name is Healthbuy.com and then transfer me over to his manager/supervisor Brenda. She said that their company name is Pacific Naturals Co. located at 2049 North Lincoln, Burbank, Calif 95104. I talked with Brenda but she said that she was on another call so I excused her to go finish up with her other customer………meanwhile another person got back on the phone with me. I asked him what his name was. He said, “Who to you think!...I’m Christian” but it didn’t sound like him since I interact with him 6 times before and most of the time he was talking over me so I had listened to his voice very carefully before he hung up on me 6 times. This fellow had a mellow foreign accent…sounds like a island accent. I told him that he didn’t sound like the Christain that I talked with before because he has an “accent”. Then he snapped, yelling, “WHAT? …. ARE YOU DISCRIMINATING AGAINST ME?” Just because a person said she/he heard a voice that have an “accent” doesn’t mean that it’s a discrimination. He must be VERY INSECURE AND HAVE LOW SELF ESTEM OF HIMSELF OR he must have a double personality which he switches from an American Accent to a Foreign Accent. There are 2 other foreign customer service lines: Brasil [protected] and German: Deutscher Kundenservice: [protected] …so they must have staff speaking those languages.

This Christian keeps on insisting that there is an VERBAL ORAL AGREEMENT and that it is binding. That is to be debatable. A Verbal Oral Agreement is ONLY BINDING if there is a “meeting of the minds between the parties”. It is NOT binding if the agreement was made in duress or pressure or if one party uses unfair business practices or deceptive methods to “con” the other into an agreement or if one of the parties is “confused” and did not understand the agreement. It is NOT binding if the agreement is made directly with a minor. It is NOT binding if the verbiage in any way is altered. However, I don’t think that I AM THE ONE ONLY that have been dealing with him. Christian must have HUNDREDS of OTHER people calling him about the SAME thing which leads me to believe that logically if I worked for any company that receives SO MANY COMPLAINTS, I myself, (if Christian HAS A BRAIN) would start looking at the profile of the company that I worked for. Today, one doesn’t have to spend money to hire a private detective. The INTERNET is a MARVELOUS tool. If he had investigated his employer, he would have found that Healthbuy.com aka Pacific Naturals Co. have been using DECEPTION, CON, FRAUD in obtaining memberships for $59.99. He would have found that Better Business Bureau has given Healthbuy.com( on scale of A+ to “F”, an F rating with 137 complaints. (Advertising/sales issues 39, billing/collection issues 45, problems with product/service 46, delivery issues 5, guarantee/warranty issues 2). BBB has placed an “Alert” on this business. According to the BBB’s investigation (www.la.bbb.org/business-reviews/ Vitamins-and –Food):
“ Complainants allege misleading advertising, unauthorized credit card charges, receipts of
unwanted merchandise, and difficulty implementing cancellation procedures. Customers complaint
after repeated attempts to cancel, shipments are stop but customers are STILL being billed. In some
cases complainants report dissatisfaction with having to pay shipping charges to return unauthorized
product ships, or products caused illness.

If either CHRISTIAN AND BRENDA (manager) had any BRAINS at all, they would had discovered all the above background information on the company that they worked for (just like I did) and find that a lot of caller’s complaint have some validity to them ………unless CHRISTIAN and BRENDA are BOTH ALREADY totally AWARE of this and they are part of the “conspiracy of the con”. If this is so, they are BOTH guilty of “aiding and abetting”, “giving out false information”, “consumer fraud”, “stealing funds”, etc. Given the total amounts SCAMMED is over $500.00, it’s a FELONY. Meanwhile for the people who have been scammed for minor amounts, they can take their case to SMALL CLAIMS and pretty much can win their case. It is also good to take the BBB report with them and a backup have a complaint filed with the local District Attorney’s office.

From my research on Boom, Health & Beauty: First of all, there is no such company as Boom, Health & Beauty. I called up my Chase Credit Card about the 9/14/12 posting of the $59.99. The Chase Rep said that they don’t even have the word Boom, Health & Beauty listed at all. All they have listed on their monitor was just a description that it sells at “discounts on beauty aids and products”. Boom, Health & Beauty is a bogus name. There is one Boom, Health & Beauty listing on the Internet. It’s a company in located in India. They sell some beauty products but mostly basmati rice, Indian spices, Indian Handicrafts, apparel & fashion to fertilizers. The REAL names of the SAME company are: Healthbuy.com AKA Pacific Natural Co. AKA Market Health, Inc., AKA 18458 Santar Street, AKA 2040 North Lincoln, AKA dailyinfosolutions, AKA Healthlegend.Com, AKA www.websupportcenter.com AKA HealthOps. I looked up Healthbuy.com on the internet and there are 15 pages of complaints against Healthbuy.com on the www.consumeraffairs.com website. I reviewed all the complaints. Some of the Products were sold through Craigslist. Some probably were “purchased” unknowingly through the Internet as FREE OFFERS. Some of the products don’t work and no refunds were ever reimbursed even though there was a guarantee of a refund up to 90 days of purchase. I noticed that some of the people who received these products are from STATES such as Utah, Virginia, Nevada, New Jersey, and some are from overseas and some in California.

Healthbuy.com: (AKA Pacific Naturals Co., DAILYINFOSOLUTIONS, AKA HEALTH LEGEND.COM, AKA www.websupportcenter.com AKA HealthOps .) From what I pulled up on the internet, HealthBuy.com (and all the AKA’S) sells herbal supplements such as Bolix, Breast actives, Hoodia Chaser, Idol lips, Liveractive, Muscle Advance Whey Protein, Oxyhives, Deer Antler plus (what does mean…how do they get ingredients like Bambi”s antler? Is it even legal?) It also states in very fine print on the bottom of the page of HealthBuy Products Reviews: Disclaimer: The Story(s) depicted on this site and the person(s) depicted in the store are NOT REAL. Rather, this FICTIONAL story is based on the results that some people who have used these products have achieved. (Like WHO for instance?) The results portrayed in the story and in the comments are ILLUSTRATIVE, and may not be the results that you achieve with these products. This pate receives compensation for clicks on or purchases of products feature on this site.

Pacific Naturals Co.
Back ground: Pacific Naturals Co.: (2049 N. Lincoln St., Burbank, California 91504) I also looked up Pacific Naturals Co. There are a LOT OF BAD REVIEWS FROM PEOPLE WHO GOT ALSO SCAMMED into memberships and have received products that don’t work and people. On 5/27, 10, a U.S. federal trademark registration was filed for Pacific Naturals by GSCM Ventures, Inc. in Burbank, Ca, 95104. The current federal status of this trademark filing is REPORT COMPLETED SUSPENDED CHECK- CASE STILL SUSPENDED. Status Date: . (8/24/2012) The correspondent listed for Pacific Naturals is GSMC Ventures, Inc. of GSCM Ventures, Inc. 2040 N. Lincoln St., Burbank, Ca [protected]

Today (11/04/12), I just called up my Chase CREDIT Card and my Chase REP told me that ANOTHER CHARGE OF $59.99 was posted on 10/14/12 by some company known as HEALTH LEGEND.COM [protected],
Customer Service: [protected], Health Legend, 8721 Santa Monica Boulevard, #850, Los Angeles, CA 90069, [protected]@gmail.com I called the customer service number: The recorded greetings voices sure sound like Christian and Brenda.

GSCM Ventures, Inc. is registered with the Secretary of State/ State of California with their Articles of Incorporation which lists the Corporate officers and phone numbers. Robert Freemen is the registered agent for service. They have filed a Statement & Designation by Foreign Corporation on Monday 9/20/04. GSCM Ventures, Inc. has 2 Corporate officers Gary Mc Nellay who is the President and V-President and a 2nd person David Rivero and 12 employees. It looks like that this GSCM Ventures, Inc. originally was located in Carson City, Nevada. The Public Health Service for the food & Drug Administration/ San Francisco district had issued a WARNING letter to advise GSCM Ventures Inc., that several of their products VIOLATED the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act (21 U.S.C. Sec. 321 (g)(1)(13) that they advertised many of their products indicating FALSE therapeutic claims….such as preventing cataracts, cure cancer, prevents or stop or cure arthritis, lower cholesterol levels, prevent or cure for cardiovascular disease, cure infection, impaired immune function. It sounds like the OLD TIME CON-ARTIST from the old west selling “SNAKE OIL” for a CURE for EVERYTHING! This letter was sent on 12/12/06 /Certified mail/returned receipt requested by the FDA. (Warning letter can be found in http”//www.fda.gov/ICECI/EnforcementActions/Warning) If anyone has problems with any products that claims to do one thing but it doesn’t work, contact: Marshalette Edwards, Compliance Officer, at: Public Health Service, Food & Drug Administration : 1431 Harbor Bay Parkway, Alameda, Ca [protected]. You can also review customer complaints on www.trustlink.org /Reviews/GSCM-Ventures, Inc. There are some responses to the complaints by GSCM Ventures, Inc. stating that they are a “reputable company” or they do not sell or give out personal information of credit card number and that “they never had any complaints. All of which, of course, is not true, especially when there is a letter from the FDA warning them to STOP such practices in the past.

GSCM Ventures, Inc. is listed several times in Yahoo! and Google. On one of the websites list GSCM Ventures, Inc. is a mortgage broker. (manta.com) On another website, GSCM Ventures, Inc. sells computer equipment. On another website, GSCM Ventures, Inc. is a restaurant and management consultant. (http://www.corporationwiki.com/California/Los-Angeles/gscm-ventures-inc/44206379.aspx. If you go into another website: 17153 Devonshire Street LLC has a location in Los Angeles, CA. The company's line of business includes Real Estate Acquisition and Management. On another website, GSCM Venture, Inc. sells/ Mfg Toilet Preparations. (what the heck is a toilet preparation?)

I have read through over 15 – 20 pages of numerous complaints from people had bath faith dealings with these companies. (www.consumeraffairs.com, www.complaintsboard.com, www.bbb.com. Riffoff.com. etc) It is very sad that MOST of the victims who get scammed are the weak, the disabled, the Elderly and the helpless….people who can not fend for themselves. These people shop either on line or on the phone because they don’t go out or can’t get out. Most of them are on limited incomes.
The most saddest complaint was from a United States Marine who had done 2 tours of duty in Iraq, a soldier who was willing to lay down his life and served our country to protect us from harm. He had “unwanted charges on his credit card” and he was treated with GREAT DISPECT by these companies who didn’t CARE for anyone but theirselves and HOW they could drain ANOTHER SEVERAL MORE WORTH OF monthly membership him. Is that the way this company TREATS A WAR HERO? It is SO UN-AMERICAN ! GEE WHIZ ! OBVIOUSLY WITH THESE COMPANIES, HOW LOW CAN ONE GET !?

THERE MUST BE SOME WAY TO DEAL WITH SITUATION AND FIND A REMEDY to resolved the problems and get these victims their hard earned money back instead of victims just filing complaints one after another. From all of the complaints, it seems that this have been going on for a LONG, LONG, LONG, LONG, LONG TIME.

I know that the GOVERNMENT and LOCAL agencies MOVES really SLOW and it takes YEARS to even have a complaint dealt with. HOWEVER, VICTIMS NEEDS HELP NOW. So what is the remedy? What can a victim do with PEOPLE OR COMPANIES who are “### of the earth?’” You have get PEOPLE (Authorities) behind you ..those WHO ARE MORE POWERFUL THAN these companies who are SCAMMING the innocent. People who are in POWER to investigate them, in POWER to haul them in on charges and FINE them, get RESTITUTION for the VICTIMS. These companies should all HAUL IN for questionings and at the end BE SHUT DOWN, FINE, OWNERS AND CORPORATE OFFICERS IMPRISONED for embezzling the public’s money, running a SCAM and laundering money from one state to another and hiding it within their numerous AKA companies. If the victims of this scam are from outside California and their credit cards got charged, then it’s fraud via “interstate commerce” and that will involve the F.B.I.

And when you usually called in, you will always get a person named christian (A real jerk who keeps hanging up on me and talk over me and yells at me... Doesn't disclosed the real name of the company or the address. I was persistent. I called back 3 times after he hung up on me. I called the phone number listed in the www.Websupportcenter.com for u. S. Customers and I got christian on the phone again…. And of course he hung up again. In fact, in you called the united kingdome customer service number [protected] or the australia customer service phone: [protected], you probably end up with christian. I called up the same phone number the next day and I got christian back again. After more 2 hung ups again, I told him that since he’s the only one who always answers the phone, I am going to named him on my & ldquo;fraud” complaint and he’s going to be only one who is going to be & ldquo;hung out to dry” on & ldquo;criminal fraud charges. I guess that & ldquo;scared” him. He reluctantly told me that their company website name is healthbuy.com and then transfer me over to his manager/supervisor brenda, she said that their company name is pacific natural co. Located at 2049 north lincoln, burbank, calif 95104. I talked with brenda but she said that she was on another call so I excused her to go finish up with her other customer………meanwhile another person got back on the phone with me. I asked him what his name was. He said, & ldquo;who to you think!... I’m christian” but it didn’t sound like him since I interact with him 6 times before and most of the time he was talking over me so I had listened to his voice very carefully before he hung up on me 6 times. This fellow had a mellow foreign accent…sounds like a island accent. I told him that he didn’t sound like the christain that I talked with before because he has an & ldquo;accent”. Then he snapped, yelling, & ldquo;what? & hellip;. Are you discriminating against me?” just because a person said she/he heard a voice that have an & ldquo;accent” doesn’t mean that it’s a discrimination. He must be very insecure and have low self estem of himself or he must have a double personality which he switches from an american accent to a foreign accent. There are 2 other foreign customer service lines: brasil [protected] and german: deutscher kundenservice: [protected] & hellip;so they must have staff speaking those languages.

This christian keeps on insisting that there is an verbal oral agreement and that it is binding. That is to be debatable. A verbal oral agreement is only binding if there is a & ldquo;meeting of the minds between the parties”. It is not binding if the agreement was made in duress or pressure or if one party uses unfair business practices or deceptive methods to & ldquo;con” the other into an agreement or if one of the parties is & ldquo;confused” and did not understand the agreement. It is not binding if the agreement is made directly with a minor. It is not binding if the verbiage in any way altered in anyway. However, I don’t think that I am the one only that have been dealing with him. He must have hundreds of other people calling him about the same thing which leads me to believe that logically if I worked for any company that receives so many complaints, I myself, (If christian has a brain) would start looking at the profile of the company that he works for. Today, one doesn’t have to spend money to hire a private detective. The internet is a marvelous tool. If he had investigated his employer, he would have found that healthbuy.com, pacific naturals co. Have been using deception, con, fraud in obtaining memberships for $59.99. He would have found (Better business bureau) has given healthbuy.com an & ldquo;f” rating with 137 pending complaints that have never been resolved. If either christian and brenda (Manager) have any brains, they would discovered the same information just like I did unless christian and brenda is aware of thi and are both part of the conspiracy of the con.

From my research on boom, health & beauty: first of all, there is no such company as boom, health & beauty. There is a boom, health & beauty located in india. It sells everything from beauty products to fertilizer. . I called up my chase credit card about the 9/14/12 posting of the $59.99. The chase rep said that they don’t even have the word boom, health & beauty listed at all. All they have listed on their monitor was just a description that it sells at & ldquo;discounts on beauty aids and products”. Boom, health & beauty is a bogus name. The real names of the same company are: healthbuy.com aka pacific natural co. Aka market health, inc. , aka 18458 santar street, aka 2040 north lincoln, aka dailyinfosolutions, aka health legend.com, aka www.Websupportcenter.com aka healthops.

On healthbuy.com: (Aka pacific naturals co. , dailyinfosolutions, aka health legend.com, aka www.Websupportcenter.com aka healthops. ) from what I pulled up on the internet, healthbuy.com (And all the aka’s) sells herbal supplements such as bolix, breast actives, hoodia chaser, idol lips, liveractive, muscle advance whey protein, oxyhives, deer antler plus (What does mean…how do they get ingredients like bambi”s antler? Is it even legal?) it also states in very fine print on the bottom of the page of healthbuy products reviews: disclaimer: the story (S) depicted on this site and the person (S) depicted in the store are not real. Rather, this fictional story is based on the results that some people who have used these products have achieved. (Like who for instance?) the results portrayed in the story and in the comments are illustrative, and may not be the results that you achieve with these products. This pate receives compensation for clicks on or purchases of products feature on this site.
I looked up healthbuy.com on the internet and there are 15 pages of complaints against healthbuy.com on the www.Consumeraffairs.com, www.Ripoff.com website. I reviewed all the complaints. Some of the products were sold through craigslist. Some probably were & ldquo;purchased” unknowingly through the internet as free offers. Some of the products don’t work and no refunds were ever reimbursed even though there was a guarantee of a refund up to 90 days of purchase. I noticed that some of the people who received these products are from states such as utah, virginia, nevada, new jersey, and some are from overseas and some in california.

From healthbuy.com……leads you to & hellip; actual sub - company pacific naturals co. :

Pacific naturals co. : (2049 n. Lincoln st. , burbank, california 91504) I also looked up pacific naturals there are a lot of bad reviews from people who got also scammed into memberships and have received products that don’t work and people. On 5/27, 10, a u. S. Federal trademark registration was filed for
Pacific naturals by gscm ventures, inc.In burbank, ca, 95104. The current federal status of this trademark filing is report completed suspended check - case still suspended. Status date:. Today (11/04/12) , I just called up my chase credit card and my chase rep told me that another charge of $59.99 was posted on 10/14/12 by some company known as health legend.com [protected],

They only have 2 officers are gary mc nellay who is the president and v-president and a 2nd person david rivero. Gscm, inc is the mother company for healthbuy.com and pacific natural co.

It looks like that this gscm ventures, inc. Originally was located in carson city, nevada. The public health service for the food & drug administration / san francisco district had issued a warning letter to advise gscm ventures inc. , that several of their products violated the federal food, drug and cosestic act (21 u. S. C. Sec. 321 (G) (1) (13) that they advertised many of their products indicatingfalse therapeutic claims…. Such as preventing cataracts, cure cancer, prevents or stop or cure arthritis, lower cholesterol levels, prevent or cure for cardiovascular disease, cure infection, impaired immune function. It sounds like the old time con-artist from the old west selling & ldquo;snake oil” for a cure for everything! This letter was sent on 12/12/06 / certified mail/returned receipt requested by the fda. Stating that they are a & ldquo;reputable company” or they do not sell or give out personal information of credit card number and that & ldquo;they never had any complaints”…. All which is, of course not true, especially when there is a letter from the fda warning them to stop such practices in the past.

Gscm ventures, inc. Is listed several times in yahoo! And google. On one of the websites, gscm ventures, inc. Is a mortgage broker. (Manta.com) on another website, gscm ventures, inc. The company's line of business includes real estate acquisition and management. On another website, gscm venture, inc. Sells / mfg toilet preparations. (What the heck is a toilet preparation?)

I have read through all 15 pages of complaints from people use had to deal with these companies, , over 20 website complaints off of : www.Consumeraffairs.com, www.Complaintsboard.com, www.Bbb.com. Riffoff.com. It is very sad that most of the victims who get scammed are the weak, the disabled, the elderly and the helpless…. People who can not fend for themselves. These people shop either on line or on the phone because they don’t go out or can’t get out. Most of them are on limited incomes.

Can your department do something about these companies than to just filing or receiving complaints.. One after another. From all of the complaints, it seems that this have been going on for a long, long time. The most saddest complaint was from a united states marine who had done 2 tours of duty in iraq, a soldier who was willing to lay down his life and served our country to protect us from harm. He had & ldquo;unwanted charges on his credit card” and he was treated with great dispect by these companies who didn’t care for anyone but theirselves and how they could drain another several more worth of monthly membership him. Is that the way this company treats a war hero? It is so un-american ! Gee whiz ! Obviously with these companies, how low can they get !?

Health Buy did not receive my order

I ordered a product from Idol Lash on the 7th November 2011. Paid for it and got a a receipt of payment from Health Buy. On the 9th of November i received an e mail to say my order was shipped with Federal Express.. No tracking number was supplied. Only a website www.websupportcenter.com and my order number 2939009. I have been trying to get hold of someone as my parcel has never arrived. I have sent several e mails which just come back un read. There are no contact details on either website that i can contact. I phoned Fedex to see if my name is in the system and they cannot find anything. I have spent $118.00 and have not received my parcel. I have not clue where t go next to get my tracking number or even find out what has happened to my parcel. I cannot find contact details for Idol lash either so I am wondering if perhaps i have been scammed out of my money. Please can you assist me. Its very difficult to do this from South Africa as there is a 9 hour time difference and then i have not details to contact these companies. Many Thank Penny Barker

Health Buy you charged my account 119.93 for free trial

On 23 dec. I ordered free trial of your product. 28 dec. you charged my account 119.93. I called that day and was told 5-10 days for processing and that someone will be calling me back. Today is Feb.2, 2010 and no one has tried to contact me. I just want what my credit back before legal action takes place. If no one contacts me within 7 days or account credited, then legal will be enforced. Why does it take only 5 days to charge my account and do not give someone a chance to try your product before you charge them and why does it take so long to credit my account. Let people try your product. If they like it they will order from you again. As far as I am concerned you are a thief.

Health Buy fraud

I happened to look at products from this company on the Internet. I got partway through completing an order, but when the freight details came up, I cancelled my order. Nevertheless I received a Confirmation of Order on 20 April 2011, and the goods were sent to me. In another email from the Company, dated 20 April 2011, the Company wrote to me, saying that they had noticed I did not complete my order ... but the items were still sent and my card was charged $99.99. The goods were sent from an address in SCOTLAND. I requested that I return the goods which I had not ordered. I had to get an RMA from them, thus forced to open the package. I have returned the goods at a cost of $32, and I have asked for a full refund from the Company, including the postage ($99.99 + $32)
I see numerous complaints about this company on your Forum pages. How can this company be permitted to trade, when they are obviously absolute CHEATS and FRAUDSTERS?
I am willing to send full supporting documentation upon your request.

Item was not even delivered after 3 weeks! Paid 100 over dollars and no reply was given after demanding an explanation through the stupid email system for 5 times. I wonder if the shipment was even out at the first place because no tracking number was given! Terribly disappointed!

Health Buy I am now out about $450

Healthbuy.com is a complete scam. I attempted to order a 4 month supply of a product from them about a month or two ago. Every time I clicked to submit my order, the website said there was a problem with my card and to try again... So I did.. .3 more times. I finally got an e-mail saying that my product was being shipped after my last try. Well instead of getting one order, they charged me for all 4 orders.. .3 of which they told me did not work. So now i've paid them a grand total of almost $600... When I only meant to pay about $160. And, if that wasn't enough... I attempted to return the 3 orders that I didn't want. I followed their instructions and put all of the unopened and unused items back in the packages and sent them back. About a week later, I received an email saying my return request was denied... So I am now out about $450. My advice... Never order from healthbuy.com.

Buy Health QPS billed me for USD 61.55 ...sent the product (30 capsules) ONE TIME and NOT monthly as promised! I have received no more products and now must void my credit card so they do not keep charging me. (I was suppose to be charged 9.99 per month for one year! And was to receive the capsules monthly.) These people are a total rip-off!

Health Buy selling scam

I ordered a product from these scallywags at Health Buyon 6th October 2010. This was for a product called "Digest It" and aws advertised as a special offer for 2 months free trial at the cost of £6.75 Shipping & Handling Only. The product was advertised at £55.95 but came with a discount voucher code for a credit of £55.95 making the product as free. On completing the online order I checked very carefully that the discount had been credited against the order and it had, showing the order total as £6.95.
The following day I recieved a call from my credit card company qurieing the transaction which had been elevated to the full price plus shipping of £64.20.When I tried to contact the company all of thier phone numbers came up as unobtainable and thier so called support deptment was email only. I spoke to the fraud dept at my credit card company who informed me that they had tried to take the charge of £64.20 six times and when I looked at my account on thier website it showed to seperate but identical orders one of which ahd been refused by the credit card company. I have had my credit card company stop the payment to them and I have canceled my card so that they cannot take any more cash from it.
These guys need shutting down, and just by the way they do not only operate as Health Buy but are know by the credit card companies under a number of other names. BEWARE OF THESE SHARKS.

Hi again,

Just to reiterate, what I said, as some of it does not make sense in my last complaint submitted only a little while ago.

I am relieved that I can google products, and check out this website to see if the products/service is trustworthy.

As well as the above comment about their customer service.

Thanks.
Chris

Health Buy unauthorized charge

i had never even heard of this comany before and one day while checking my online banking, i notice there's a charge from them for $97.86!

i googled the phone number that was on the bank statement and came across numerous complaints about this company and how many people tried to call but the company never answered their phone.

i was told by my bank that i would have to contact the company and have them refund my money (which i thought was ridiculous since i had not made the order in the first place) and i thought it would be near impossible to get through on the telephone.

well, to my surprise, i was on hold for only 6 minutes and the person on the other end asked for the last 4 digits of my credit card, my name and said he would start processing the refund right away.

i've been holding my breath wondering if they were actually going to give me a refund but today i checked my account and there it was...my refund. i am pleasantly surprised but really annoyed that this comany hasn't been shut down for fraudulent activity because obviously they are not running an honest business.

i had to cancel my credit card and now have to wait 7 days for my new card to arrive...it is a royal pain and really annoying. why can't something be done about companies like this?!?!?!?!

I just recieved an email from Healthbuy.com stating that my order was declined. I have never heard of this company nor have I ever ordered from them. I had just cancelled that card the day before (lucky me). When I called the company they said somebody must have stolen the card information or somebody in my house (i live alone and wasn't home the day it was supposedly ordered). I replied that "somebody stole my information just so they could send me not one but two whitening systems to set up a trial offer?" I don't think so. Now I see there are plenty of complaints about this company. Why isn't something being done about this. This is blatant theft! Who do we need to contact?

I bought what I thought was a trial package of dental whitener based on testimony of a fake housewife who raved about the product. I haven't even finished the trial period and HealthBuy.com has charged my credit card. The shipping documents I received with the trial are the first place I found out about the auto renewall for $100. The trial shipping and handling is charged in a foreign currency so it costs more. There is no telephone number to call the outfit. The options to get out of the auto renewall are not accessible on the website (it says it's not an option).
I wish I had read the other complaints before falling prey to this offer! And get this, the ad told me how I could get the trial package free without the S&H but when I submitted the request, the page came back with an "error" and re-set the S&H so it wasn't even free. I've called the bank because the auto charge is coming through before the 14 days is actually up. My order date was 10/2 and it's only 10/15! With no number to call and a lousy website that prohibits cancellation and a return policy as restrictive as it is the consumer is trapped. Authorities at my bank have been alerted and my state Better Business Bureau and State Department of Commerce will hear about this.

I wish I had read these reviews before I asked for trial of their "Bowltrol" product.
As advertised it was $6.95 for a "trial" sample. If it doesn't work--which it doesn't! that was it--so I thought.
Apparently their scam is this: After ordering this $6.95 "trial" sample, you don't somehow cancel the "order" within 14 days, they bill your credit card about $80 for 2 more bottles of this s***.

When I called them the rude woman who answered said "there is no return policy"! I never heard of such a policy with any ligit company. Well guess what: MY Policy is I will refuse any shipments and will send them back unopened at their expense and have also notified A/X to dispute BOTH these charges. FIGHT BACK! Don't let these crooks get away with it!

I purchased a 2 month supply of Smoke Deter System. This consists of 2 bottles of Herbal Supplement pills and 2 bottles of Nicotine Craving Relief spray. I CANNOT take this product as It does not agree with my daily medications. I phoned the company and a represenative told me I have to do the return over the Internet. When I asked why, she told me returns are not handled over the phone. I am NOT able to do it over the Internet either as companys website won't allow me too!
ADVISE: DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH HEALTHBUY.COM!

Company advertises return privileges with a refund.
They do not state the outrageous conditions attached to the offer:

1. Each item has a restocking fee of $10.
2. If your ordered 3 items and they gave you a 4th one "free" - you still pay $10 to restock the supposedly "free" item.

A recent order of 3 items (With a 4th free) had a product cost of $120.
The total cost with shipping was = $133.

The return they allowed was $60 - after deducting $40 for the opened jar and subtracting the restocking fee.

The company made a $120 sale for 4 items and then refunded $60 to get back 3.

Not a bad gig for them, they made $60 for the sale of a single item.

Stay away - this is a ripoff and a scam!

They advertize a nail fungus cure for the cost of $6.95 for shipping wilth no additional cost, but after entering a credit card number and authorizing the purchase, they charged an additiona $70 claiming there would be a rebate form for the refund of the money. After recieving the product (which was essentaly a $6 bottle of tea tree oil) and no rebate form, I called and was told the rebate only applies after the 4th order. Completely misleading and a complete rip off. I was assured they would not send anything else; if they do, my Husband and I will probably call a lawyer.

I ordered a trial tube of tooth whitening paste. The advert said "Risk Free" trial offer.

It arrived in the mail - was half the size of a thin pencil (cost about 30 cents)

14 days later I got an email headed "NO REPLY" saying my credit card was charged $99. The email was so bogus smoke was coming out my ears.(Congrats - said the breeezy letter- you just joined the LIfetime membership of the Tooth Whitening Club)

I wrote about 6 irate emails. Got the same auto-generated template letter back 2 times - then no replies to my emails.

These people think they can just take the money - Easy Money - just like that.

They have a complaints form which is a joke. It says "we take complaints and allegations of FRAUD very seriously". Email them all you want - they don't reply to your letters!

I have since discovered my bank are well aware of this operation. They get lots of complaints!

If anybody else out there has been filched by these jokers - Here is what you can do. Read this link attached very carefully. At the bottom are directions as to how you can get back your money: http://www.killphishing.com/historical-scam.htm

Be careful of all the breast active buy. The ad pops up you click on to give the product a try. You think it is a one time trial purchase, however, it is a continual fee $87+ amount monthly... You have no idea how to cancel it after, or the company. Once you give them the credit card number it is too late. Now, the only thing I think I can do is to cancel my bank card and get a new card. Hope that works for them to stop charging. The law have not caught up to the internet.

Has anyone other than one person received their order from HealthBuy/Buy Health/Breast actives or whatever other names they have? I'm going through all of the same issues and am really annoyed and frustrated by the lack of integrity of this company. Unfortunately, all signs point to scam. Is there nowhere else to buy Breast actives? Is the product a scam too?

Im also experiencing the same problem as above. Ordered on the 11th Nov 2013, one month later no items reached me so i requested for a re-ship. They reshipped on the 19th Dec 2013. And another month later (21st Jan2014) i've yet to receive my orders too! Now i tried to email them for a refund, but the email delivery status was a failure. This never happened for the past few emails. I'm getting suspicious over this company now. >:(

Your bank is not going to just reverse the charges and basically give you money for being an idiot... they have to recover the money from the merchant's bank. Once a charge has posted, the merchant has already gotten the money, so that's why they have to go through the whole dispute/ fraud process. Yes, those merchants are scams, that I do agree with. However, Banks and credit card companies (i.e. Visa, Mastercard) are not "helping" these scammers. Disputes and fraud claims are usually disputed through your bank, the bank must follow Visa/Mastercard regs to try to get the money back. The only time these charges can be considered fraudulent is if the cardholder did not participate at all with the merchant. This means that if you gave your credit card # to the merchant (even if it was for shipping charges only) it cannot be considered a fraudulent charge. The is sometimes a little leeway when dealing with these kinds of charges, because the company that I work for will still dispute a charge as an unauthorized charge if the cardholder did not know that they needed to cancel the trial. But no matter the way that the charge is disputed, it is absolutely important that you as a cardholder need to make sure that you have completed all the necessary paperwork to dispute a charge. And seriously...stop signing up for "free trial" crap on the internet. Do a little research on the company before you hand over your credit card info, because the internet is full of scammers...

Health Buy unauthorized payments

Todays date 18 November 2009
Cancelled order
It has become apparent that I have billed me 3 times to date for goods cancelled and not received on the 14 October 2009. Please note I printed off a copy of cancelled order and goods were never sent to me or recieved by me.
This amount is a total of £116.47 sterling. This has been deducted from my Credit card account? I have informed my bank today and will make further contact with them in due course today to retrieve the payment they took from me without permission.

Health Buy direct debit of a life time supply!!!

Well this is another website, that charges your credit card. I didnt even know I was going to get debited for a life time supply, man I wish I checkd them out on google, and its good now, I will check out this site, whenever I am tempted to purchase a product.

The securebiller.com site that does their transactions, well when I searched for it, its just one page with the title and no other information.

I think the same people who do this HealthBuy.com and Pureliftultra.com are the same people.

I think the only way to stop these unknown nasty surprises will be for me to close my account. I hope others do the same or something that they will no longer be able to access $$$.

All the best for you all. A real shame and sham eh.

Kind Regards
Chrisy

Health Buy customer service, refund, scam

I was shopping for a quit smoking aid and came across Smoke Deter. So I was shopping around for the best price. I came across HealthBuy's website and decided after reading great reviews that I would try it. I was going to order a 6 month supply but was prompted before checkout an offer for a "Life-time" supply for an additional $50. I went back and choose a one month supply instead hoping I would get the same offer and I did. At my final checkout it lised my one month supply, y life-time supply, shipping charges and insurance. I checked my email a few days later and there was an emil order confirmation for a one month supply and a six month supply order. Combined I was billed almost $300. I tried desperately to contact them before they shipped the order out to cancel it. I even complained on the BBB. I recieved an appoligy email from Healthbuy but minutes later they sent me my shipping confirmation for my six month supply. I recieved the one month supply and a few days later recieved the six month supply. I dropped the six month supply off at the post office and wrote return to sender. I should have just paid for it to be tracked and returned. I told HealthBuy it had been returned and they agreed to refund me 100% for my six month supply order. It has been over a month since it was returned and I have yet to see and refund from them. I basically feel like I threw $300 away. I will NEVER do business with HealthBuy again. I even told them they should refund me for my lifetime supply because I will NEVER go through them again for anything.
