Health Solutions Network Harassing and vulgar phone calls

For a period of two months, we have received weekly phone calls from [protected] trying to sell us prescriptions. Each time, we have asked to have our number removed from their database. The caller has always been aggressive and has never complied in our request. Today (4/5/14), I received a call from this number at approximately 3:10 mst. I continued to ask for him to remove my name. I finally snapped, swore at the operator, and hung up. Within fifteen seconds, he called back. I answered and he repeatedly asked, "are you a bloody ###?" After hanging up, he immediately called back, asking the same thing.

Abusive, vulgar, and unbelievable.

They call and call and call any hour any day. I tell them repeatedly to stop. Tell them I want to speak to a supervisor, I am on the national do not call list doesn't stop the calls. Fed up! They now call from a restricted number so I can't block them. Make them go away! Someone please tell me how.

Health Solutions Network Harassment

My name is Linda, I'm a very healthy 30 year old woman who does not put anything in my body but Motrin. I have never used Health Solutions Network (mymedicinekit.com) EVER and yet for over a year now I have been receiving calls on my cell phone using up my minutes and yes they are even leaving messages asking for a Patricia. I have told this business SOOOOOO many times that I am NOT Patricia and to please take me off the calling list and yet it continues. I have told this business that this is harassment and I'm calling the police over 20 times and yet I still get calls (when it started it was 10 calls a day...!). I have phone records and will be reporting this to the BBB and hopefully find some HIPPA law broken in the process to add to my complaint. I currently work in a medical office and receive the calls while with doctors/patients, they hear me flipping out to Health Solutions to please stop calling and ask me what's wrong. I tell them what's going on and to NOT use this horrible website EVER unless they like to be harassed or are lonely and want to talk to someone 15 times a day. It's total crap this won't stop, can I get the CEO's number so I can call and ask for Patricia 15 times a day? WHAT CAN I DO TO GET THIS TO STOP?!@?!

It's not an outbound sales call... you people are calling asking for a Patricia to let her know her prescription is ready... I'm NOT Patricia and my number does not belong to any Patricia and I don't use prescription drugs. You have the wrong %$#@ing number and won't get that into your thick sculls even after a year of complaints and being told. I have called your office numerous times to get this straightened out but it hasn't stopped... what's calling again going to accomplish?

I am being harassed by this same company for almost a year now, I have asked(nicely)told them, demanded they take me off their list and yet I will sometimes get 4 to 5 calls a day. How come they are allowed to do this and I and everyone else is expected to just live with it. I have tried blocking but they just use a different number, they keep insisting they are not a sells call but when they say I told them I was in pain, I insist I have never told them that and so I know it is fake. Also it is they three or four guys who are foreign who give names of jerry or john, like I am stupid. Still, they have even said some very offensive things to me. Really, you are calling me and harassing and trying to scam me and now you are abusing me also. Why does not someone do something?

I have not used ANY online pharmacy for over 2 years but I too get anywhere from 10-20 phone calls a day from all different phone numbers saying they're pharmacies. I have yelled at these people, I have told them over and over again to stop calling me that I don't take medication purchased online anymore, and it NEVER stops. For instance, I had one company where the number came up "92607". After them calling 2 times in a row, I answered the call. Again, a pharmacy, again I told them to stop calling me, I didn't want anything. As soon as I hung up, they called again! I said "what part of don't call me again do you not understand?" and the person said "I only wanted to tell you your order has been approved." Told him the same thing again. As soon as I hung up, he called again! This time I screamed at him to stop calling me ever in this lifetime. 10 minutes later, they called again. Now anytime I see a long distance or international number, I just don't answer my phone anymore. These people don't care, they don't listen, they just want to sell drugs. So I ignore all of their calls, but they continue to call up to 20 times a day. Sheesh!

Just "not picking up a call"--is NOT going to stop these ###s from calling...I am experiencing the same thing. ---So now everytime I get a call (as in Linda's case I've tried to tell them they have the wrong person/number)--So now I simply place the most expensie order and tell them to bill it to what ever credit card number they have on file...I no longer give a ###...If these ###s won't stop, I will make it VERY EXPENSIVE TO CALL MY NUMBER EACH AND EVERYTIME

Linda,

I think the company you are ranting about is trying to work with you and they are trying to tell you they don't call customers on the phone. The people doing that are affiliate marketers that use the HSN name, but are not part of HSN.

The fact that you get irate with the callers are making it a fun game to drive you crazy. My advise is not to pick up blocked calls or any calls from the area code in question.

Health Solutions Network Scammed out of Money

My fiance has been buying his Tramadol for 2yrs through Health Solutions Network for 3 blown discs. He never had an issue, other than shipping always being a day or two late.

So when I had a torn rotator cuff, I chose to use HSN as well, and verified the number on their website (healthsol). I have been quoted 3 different prices for Tramadol since the first time I called in, all higher than what my fiance pays. The rep on the phone said it has to do with what affiliate I go through. I wasn't told what affiliate to go through, and I now pay $150.55 for a prescription that my fiance is only charge $99 for.

On top of that, my fiance has begun to receive phone calls telling him his Tramadol refill is ready. He called HSN to inquire about the refill, and the rep didn't respond to my fiance's concerns at all, just told him he wasn't due yet (which he already knew) and left it at that.

I'm not sure what's going on, but every time we've tried to figure it out with a rep on the phone, they've just shrugged it off. I guess that's what you get when you try to cut costs as an uninsured consumer. Awesome.

I am not very happy with your company. I was unable to get anyone on the phone, so I finally ordered on line, I sent the requested amount in the form of a money order way last week. I can not find anything out on line nor will anyone answer my phone calls or call me back. I think this is really a scam! No order informaton, no one answering my calls (always put on hold), no one returning my phone calls after I leave a call back number I will lose a lot of money on this deal. I am not suggesting use healthsol.net

I am the customer service manager for Health Solutions Network. We do handle customer support for many online pharmacies, and prices do vary from site to site. As a consumer, you are welcome to search online for the best price or you could ask your fiancé which site he orders from (if he does not know the website he uses, he can always call or email us for that information. Due to privacy issues, we would not be able to give the information directly to you) and then let us know that you would like to order from that site.

Health Solutions does not make outbound calls, except in situations where an order requires confirmation or a customer directly requests a phone call. Health Solutions Network medication

I was scammed by a company affiliated with Health Solutions Network. I called HSN and they say they cannot do anything about it. Here is what I sent to HSN

I was contacted by a Daniel at phone number [protected] and told that I could get generic soma 90 count for $139.00 and a second bottle of the same medication and quantity for $15.00. As of today I cannot reach Daniel and have talked with YOUR reps (Health Solutions Network) who say there is no other shipment comming. I normally get this same medication and quantity for $107.00. After this I will no longer buy from your website or any other accosiated with it. You have just lost a customer! Please do not allow this "Daniel" or any others from that number to be affiliated with your company. I am a stay at home mom with severe back & neck pain & spasms and very little money, this has put me in a finacial hole that and means I may not be able to pay for another necessity or medication for next month. I will post my story every where I can and hope that you all lose more customers and $

The Hydrocodone 10/325 are fake pills in a real looking printed package. I only would do order COD and once I found out they were fake I cancelled the check. HUGE WASTE OF TIME!

I've had excellent results with easymedscripts.com. I've found several old reviews and recent reviews as well of their excellent service for overnight delivery. That is my go to place to buy tramadol overnight. I've seen this place also offer cheap tramadol overnight. Shipping has always been free for me too. I get my shipments from Pennsylvania, with no problems. I like the fact that sometimes I get my meds for like $88, $89, $92, $94, the prices never exceed though over $95, or even $100. Always it stays less then $95. If I had to recommend a online pharmacy to buy tramadol overnight it would be easymedscripts.com

Man o man I have no clue who scammed you folks but I can guarantee you they weren't really
from HealthSolutions. Most likely the very reason they used the HealthSolutions name is because
of their good name. That way the scammers could make you comfortable ordering from them.
I have been using HSN pharmacies for years and never had a single problem. The HSN pharmacy
I'm currently using is daytodaypharmacy. They have the lowest prices for pain relief and anxiety
meds that I've ever seen for a no-prescription, next-day-delivery online pharmacy. I wish you folks

I have been using HSN for two years now. The claims of scamming and counterfeit medication are unwarranted.
If you in fact have been scammed or think you have fake meds, chances are you are not really dealing with HSN.

They are very professional, and courteous.
I really hope to see them stay around for a long time.

I very recently purchased some tramadol through health solutions network, price was $99.00 for 180 units. I've taken tramadol off an on for several years for very advanced degenerative disc disease in my neck, so I'm well aqauainted with the effects of both Ultram and it's generic equivilent. I usually require 50mg x 3 daily for a week or so during flare-ups, I might add this is the very first time I ordered the medication via the internet. What I recieved was marked AN 627, which I have seen and taken in the past, however, this medication was very quickly determined to be counterfeit, demonstrating zero theraputic effect, in fact it demonstrated no effect whatsoever, not even the usual heartburn I experience when treating with tramadol. I won't be back, clearly this HSN outfit is a racket...

For a safe Health Solutions Network affiliate that will not send you emails or call you EVER visit www.savethemoon.net . I am a customer of Health Solutions Network as well and know that there are companies out there that are scams. But worse to me than that is the affiliate I used called me all the time trying to pressure me into buying more pills. It actually made me feel funny like I was doing something wrong or illegal. I am the customer service manager for Health Solutions network, and just wanted to respond to your comment and hopefully address your concerns.

In regards to the varying pricing, we do handle customer service for many online pharmacy sites. Because of this, we are not able to recommend websites, so unless you request to order through a different site, your orders would default to the site you ordered from in the past. As a customer, you are always free to order from any site you choose. If your fiancé does go through a cheaper site, you are welcome to ask him which site he uses, then request to place your orders there. If he doesn't know which site he uses, he can call us at [protected] or email customersupport@healthsol.net to find out which site he uses in order to relay that information to you.

In regards to the concern about the phone calls, we do not make outbound sales calls or calls about reorder dates for any reason, and we do not sell or share phone numbers. I do apologize if he expressed concerns that were not addressed by the customer service rep he spoke with. You or he can call the number listed above, ask for Christen, and I would be more than happy to address any questions or concerns either of you might have. I researched our system for orders going to Antioch, IL in 2009, and was unable to find any order that matched the price that you quoted in your post. The only phone numbers for Health Solutions Network are our customer support line: [protected] and our corporate line: [protected]. If you called any other number to order, you were not speaking to Health Solutions Network.

Health Solutions Network does not make any outbound sales calls. The only outbound calls we ever make are to confirm orders or if a customer requests that we call them regarding an order they placed.
