Parents are paying premium on time and being charged for a month of no-coverage. Payment due one month in advance. Paid on June 30 & was told (by Kidcare) my son was covered for July with Medikids (Kids under 5) According to Medikids he is not covered until August and I should not owe an extra payment for July. Now I am being told he has no insurance for July but I still owe an extra payment. For 3 weeks reps have been telling me that someone will call me back within 2 days. Still no answers or phone calls. I have been calling 2 - 3 times a week. It does not seem to matter that my son has a heart condition and needs surgery.

    I'm sorry to hear this.
    The call center is useless. Send them a certified, return receipt request to them instead then if that doesn't work go to the Florida insurance commissioner!
