Health Club MembershipHigh Pressure Sales

I was told by the sales person when I joined up that if I was transferred out of state or lost/quit my job I would have no trouble canceling my membership. I was recently laid off and explained my situation to Court South. Their reply was basically, "too bad."
The contract is vague in some areas.See Top 10 Worst Companies in Knoxville, TNI recommend that you DO NOT sign the contract when you visit. Take it home, and review it thoroughly.
They also make a big deal about their 'movie work-out room.' I found this to be useless. Most of the time the DVD is over and you spend your time looking at a "please press play" message.
