HDFC Bank / unethical behaviour

Respected Sir,
As per, dated:02/01/19 I have given a complain letter to the Branch Manager of HDFC Bank, G.T.Road, Burdwan, W.B. accordingly after Verbal discussion with him & he has committed me within seven days he will give me the details information.
But coincidentally today is 22/01/19, around 17 days I have got no information.
Sir pl.let me know seriously otherwise I will have to go to law department for my safety and security.
Please consider me.
