I applied for the personal loan with HDFC bank. At the time of application i was assured that loan will be sanctioned within 7 days and fund will be transfered to your account. After 20 days of Application HDFC bank employees are unable to process the loan and still dont know the exact status of the loan.

After 10 days they send sms that congratulations ur personal loan application accepted after few days thier exucutive told me that my application is rejected that because iam staying at my work place
I am an HDFCSL employee. my PL A/c no :[protected]. incase of out standing payment you are hold my a/c and take the payment last two month now as on date premium and int everything is clear but you are not relace my bank a/c i need the reply
Delayed for personal loan for us.
Very disgusting on part of hdfc bank that even despite cancellation of my personal loan account no. [protected] and return of loan cheque of rs.2.7 lacs to hdfc bank vide email below, ecs (rs. 9,663/-) for june'07 has been debited today which only shows how hdfc bank is committed towards it's customers.
I was still waiting for refund of my processing fees of rs. 6000/- which was wrongly debited on false premises by hdfc bank after releasing loan amounts in excess of what was applied & high processing fees without any paper work whatsoever as per email below and now ecs has also been debited
Bank is therefore strongly advised to return amounts of rs. 6000/- + rs. 9663 /- in cash which were debited and return 8 no. Cheques again falsely taken by hdfc bank immediately within two days or else i would be forced to move consumer court out of shear case of mental harassment and agony and pain hdfc ban has put me through and continuing to do so
