HDFC Bank / credit card closure

I have sent the application to close the credit card already at that time they didnot told me that my signature are different.. i have not chose the option to generate new card why have they generated new card.credit card net banking was showing the it was not able to hotlist the card why have they hotlisted the card. They are making it difficult for me to close the card and continuously creating problms for me ..they are not closing my credit card .i have sent the application two times already.
