H.D.F.C. Bank / Balance deduction

My self Iam sandeep kumar running a corporate accont in your Bank Branch which A/C No.[protected] . Iam facing a lot of inconvience cause to you . I have made a cheque to Pay able in to Favour of Bharti Airtel the cheque no was 0360810 sum of Rupees 1800-/ was issued on 20th of Aug. I know that when I issued a cheque I has a insuffiecient fund in My account but the Next Earlier Morrning around 11-12 Am, I has submitted Rupees 1800 Cash at Your South Extn Branch which reciept By Ms.Sangeeta .

Because the Cheque Clearing Time is Two to Three Days .But Yesterday I recived a Message that mean the cheque has been bounce . I didnt know the which type of services you are providing to your customer it is really frusteting me. and Rupees 350 has been deducted from my account than when I check My Balance Rupees 21 was also .

I dont know which kind of service your bank providing me . But Iam really very Frusteted from your service. just before you Iam running a Corporate account in ICCI Bank I never got disappoiinted like you .Sorry for inconvience but it is true I think I have to Switch My account to Back . Its allright But Please tell me the reason of Balance deduction of Rupees 21. I didnt want to get Back I know that you cant refund it .I have to finish it now .

    Reg : - Non -sending of Fd's & account details ( S.B. A/C - [protected] )

    I booked two FD's on 5th. of March 2010 with HDFC naraina New Delhi branch . When the same were not received by me I talked the Branch on 22nd. of this month, when they assured to send the same within next
    two days .After one week, I again spoke to the Branch official, they assured to send the same through Courrier
    to ensure to reach me in next two days . the result is the same, I have not received the same till date.This is the
    standard of service by HDFC bank.
    2 I am having the account with aforesaid branch for more than 3- yrs. & the Branch is supposed to send me the information of account at least quarterly, but the same is not being sent to me except the two time, when I gave them in writing, at two different occasions.
    In the instant case I have not received any information about my account for the past one year. This brings how much they are concerned towards rendering of sevice to their customers?
