HD 20 Receiver / Loss of HD service!

I "upgraded" my two HD-10 receivers with the advertised new and improved HD-20 receivers. Since they installed a new satellite on my roof and the two new receivers, I lost my HD service with all five local channels. I had this service prior to the upgrade and the $300.00 invested in this order. There is no antenna input on the back of the new receivers thus, loss of all local HS broadcast. Also, there is a major lag time in the voice and the mouth of the actors on all HD channels, a major lag time when changing channels to the point that the system re boots itself if you change channels to quickly. I have reported the loss of the local channel HS service and was told I may be approved for a waver in 45 or more days for FOX, NBC and CBS HD service from New York but other than this, there is nothing they can do. Also, they said they have had numerous complaints about the lag issue and have reported it to the engineers and design teams. My point is they do not disclose this to customers. If I had known I would loose my HD service on all my local channels and would have to deal with watching what seems like a bad B grade movie on my PAID HBO and Showtime account, I would never have bought into the "HD upgrade package".
