HCL/ Notebook K19 / Very BAD service support
I am a HCL notebook user , my laptop is in warranty, Yesterday my laptop become dead so i made a call to ur Customer care support no.([protected]). they told me that they are not able to support me,pls.contact to that person from where you purchase it(in bad manner).
Please told me is this my fault that i am a proud user of HCL notebook.(but now i will never suggest any one to have HCL)
