Hcl Infosystems No customer service for product under warranty

I purchased a HCL desktop systems brand HCL from Croma about 10 months back with 1 year warranty. The system is down for last 3 weeks and inspite of me lodging multiple complaints and many call to call center nobody has come to resolve the issue. The company has a hcl touch program which a just a lip service as I have dropped multiple mails to them also and apart from sending a curtsy mail (that too 2/3 days late) no action to resolve the issue. Mail chain with HCL touch attached below proves the point

I would like people to note the pathetic level of customer service provided by HCL infosystems and take that into account before buying their products

Subject: No response to customer service

Hi,

We have been chasing customer service (call center) for last 2

weeks(complaint # [protected]) for a HCL desktop which has a hard disk

failure everyday. We are assured by call center that somebody will visit

us in next 24-48 hours but there is not even a phone call from anybody.

We are just breaking our head for buying HCL desktop when it does not

care for its customer. It is the worst customer service I have seen in

recent times.

I am writing this mail with the hope that it will reach somebody higher

up in HCL. HCL mgmt needs to pay some serious attention to customer

support & service operation that is being run by their managers.

Hcl Infosystems Campus recruitment

HCL Infosystems went to engineering colleges in Kerala for campus recruitment in 2009. They selected fresh engineering graduates, but asked them to undergo a 6 month training program conducted by CDC paying Rs 40, 000, on completion of which these graduates will be placed by HCL Infosystems at a monthly salary of Rs. 8, 000. CDC Bangalore has now the 6th batch finishing the training, but even the students form batch 4 haven't been given placement. Now they are conducting interviews and whoever makes it are offered a job at Rs 5, 000 a month.

HCL Infosystems exploiting the students - if they don't have a job to offer, they shouldn't be going to the engineering colleges for campus interviews. If they want to find students to join their CDC courses and to add to their revenue, advertise in the media about the courses and based on how good their courses are, they would find students to join the courses.

So, beware when HCL Infosystems comes to the colleges for conducting the interviews. They are recruiting you to join their CDC course and make money, not to give you a job.

YEAH ...one of kind career damaging experience thats what HCL infosystem is all about ... zonal managers are BUSY sucking blood and money of their employee ... non cooperative maanagement ... if one knows the address of asylum it would be no better then HCL infosystem ... where highly qualified engineers ruined their career... MANGER like SANJAY CHAUDHARY are ... Beggers always starving not for food for money ... how cheap they can get can anyone guess ... u throw them 100 bug they wont even mind to poket it in front of u ... corrupt ...and what can be said to the ... SANJAY bhatia himself is 1 of kind ... you know theirs a saying in HCL even a X standard pass employee working in HCL can become the manager in HCL and m not joking its the fact about HCL ...
consider their biggest so called project of TATA capital in MUMBAI ... Asset manager PRAVIN ... completed 12 did computer course was hired as OJT and now an ASSET manager ...
HEMANT VASANI what else can be said ABOUT HIM AN FSM ENGINEER ... NOW PROJECT MANAGER ... VIEVK chauhan ... simple DIPLOMA graduate ... hardly knows o speak in english ... in the PROJECT HEAD ... thats the HCL infosystem ... where an distinction bacholor of engineer gets the salary of 3000 INR ...
