Hcl Computer / Total abrupt carelessness to redress customer problem

I have purchased a desk top computer model EZEEBEE MAX XP Z999 C2D ON 4TH oCTOBER 2007. Right from the first day it started giving problem of abrupt shutdown with blue screen. Their engineers attended 11 times and found no use. They could not able to identify the REAL cause of problem and agreed to replace the system with NEW one with same configuration. With the assurance of giving new system within seven days, they provided a standby set on returnable basis on 16th May 2008 with service report No. 553.

By now more than three months passed, and I have written several reminders to the regional head and top officials in Noida. Until this date, nothing happened.

Now I am looking to resolve this problem through consumer protection forum.

Beware of such irresponsible customer care in such a great HCL organisation.

I have bought an HCL Beanstalk Computer with a 17 inch TFT Monitor. The rectangular monitor gives distorted images of digital photographs from a Canon digital camera. The photographs have a barrel effect type of distortion both vertically and horizontally. I feel duped by the company. Such defective monitors should not be placed on the market and sold by the dealer Chroma in Ishanya Mall, Pune, without first informing the customer about the defect. If my TFT monitor is not replaced by the dealer or the company I shall go to the press to get justice and to prevent anybody else getting duped in like manner. Ann Delorme.

i have bought an hcl computer with a 17 inch 85% flat monitor.the computer is able to display the screen jus for few minutes and after that the whole screen get lost

महोदय,
मैंने एच.सी.एल. कम्पनी का एक कम्प्यूटर खरीदा है । कम्प्यूटर एक साल के अंदर खराब हो गया । जिसकी मैंने दिनांक 05.09.2009 को नहीं चलने की शिकायत की । कंपनी का इंजीनियर आया और मदर बोर्ड उठा कर ले गया । मदर बोर्ड को ठीक करने में उन्होंने करीब 21 दिन लगा दिए । जो कि 25.09.2009 को घर पर लगा कर चले गए । मैं घर पर नहीं था सो मेरी मिसेज घर पर थी । कंपनी वाले ने कम्प्यूटर ऑन करके दिखा दिया । लेकिन महोदय उसके पीछे जहां तारें लगती हैं वहां की प्लेट गायब है । चूंकि अब कम्प्यूटर में फिर वही प्रोबलम आ गई है जिसकी वजह से प्लेट गायब होने का पता लगा । इस विषय में इंजीनियर ने मुझे कुछ नहीं बताया ।

चूंकि कम्प्यूटर अब दूबारा खराब हो गया है और वही प्रोबलम फिर आ गई है । अब जब मैं दूबारा शिकायत कर रहा हूं तो वे कहते हैं कि तुम्हारे कम्प्यूटर की वारंटी 26.09.2009 को खत्म हो गई है । पहले तो इन्होंने 21 दिन लगाए और फिर अब वह दोबारा खराब हो गया है ।

महोदय मदर बोर्ड को कंपनी से ठीक कराए एक महीने सात दिन ही हुए कि वह फिर खराब हो गया । क्या मेरा कम्प्यूटर कंपनी ठीक करा सकती है । और जो प्लेट गायब हुई है उसे दोबारा लगा सकती है ।
मैं आपसे उचित सलाह लेना चाहता हूं । कृपया मार्ग दर्शन करें ।
