HCL BusyBee / Warranty extension problem
I have extended my warranty a year ago for 2yrs from that date. Now my system is troubling me and i have placed the complaint so many times. They always say that your account hasn't been updated. You have to re-fax the document. I have faxed them so many times that document since I have confirmation slip of those faxes. I have told them so many times that pls help me out of this problem but they always say to re-fax. HCL is a big company and they are doing like this. As a customer I am not satisfied with their services.
