Hazen transport is one of the worst company anyone wants to work for. They will hired you as an independent contractor and breach your contract by adding and subtract language of the original contract. They will not pay you for all your mileadge driven, you can't take your truck home, you have to used their insurance, they force you to buy uniform and they will have a company come to pick up your uniform for cleanind, and charge you about six dollars per week for that. They will have a fleet wash company come in to wash your truck and every two weeks yet wait for about two months to bill you.By the way the will charge you double. They don't pay for all your hard. They charge you almost two dollars to direct depot your settlement, you cannot take a day off or you loose your contract, they force you to overload your truck. They don't keep with DOT regulation. Specifically the Georgia location. They will have you work about twelve to thirteen hours a day driven about from 80 to 200 miles a day but pay you airmile.Their main contract is with office depot. They will tell you they don't care how the job done just get it done meaning don't bring nothing back on your truk. If that don't sound like slavery to you I don't know. Please help us as so call independent contractor spread this message around so they can start treating us like independent contractors.

I am currently researching this company. Hazen transport/final mile can not be any worse than Courier Express. A company I currently work for. My question to you is how many stops a day do you do? What is your base salary per stop? Can you read your pay check?
the reason I ask about the pay check is because over at Courier Express no one can understand how the new pay system works. The management can't explain how you get paid decent on some stops and peanuts on other stops. NOTE to the person that commented on back pay. do they owe you $80.00 or $ 8.000.00 I am confused. Thank you
