I purchased 3 items from Haverty. I am pleased with 2 of the 3 items. I am not pleased with an upholstered chair. The chair is 2 months old but looks beat. I don;t allow people to sit in it until I talk to Haverty. I called my sales associate and he referred me to his manager or as I might say his "mis-manager". I wrote a letter to the Moss Creek " Mis-manager" and followed up with a phone call. I have not yet received a phone call back. We have just built a home and have plenty of furniture to buy. This is a deal breaker. I will be stopping by...put the coffee on.
