Hauppage TV Tuner / Parcel was empty

Dear Sir,

I have bought a HP Pavilion dv2519tu, I had offer for Promotion for claiming Hauppage TV Tuner worth Rs. 5000/-. So, I send all documents asked to:

That is,
- A copy of reseller purchase invoice of the eligible system
- Bar coded product serial number sticker (original) pasted on the cardboard packaging.
- Demand Draft / Cheque of Rs. 500 payable at New Delhi towards handling and processing charges).

My father received a parcel on date: 31st October 2007, addressed to 5, Rajvi Park, Opp. Vidya Dairy, Borsad Crossing, Anand – 388001. The consignment number is (D01288980). The parcel was sent from HP Company, Delhi and contained Hauppage TV Tuner worth Rs. 5000/-.
The delivery boy from "First Flight Courier" did not allow to open the parcel till my
father signed. But when I came back home and opened the parcel after my father signed the receipt paper, I found the box inside was tampered and the HP seal was broken and there was nothing inside. There were two tapes of First Flight Courier stick on a parcel & for your kind information Anand branch didn’t weight the parcel. I enquired the HP Company about the parcel and they have confirmed that the boxes are sealed and checked before dispatching. I also contact the HP Redemption person Mr. Abhijit Saha(011-[protected]). I had informed First Flight Courier, Near Laxmi Cinema at Anand branch on 1st November 2007.

I had also informed at 505, Cotton Exchange Bldg., Kalbadevi Road, Mumbai - 400002.
main Branch to Mr. Rahul Sr. Exe - Customer Service First Flight Corporate Office, but he said that "The said consignment was received at Baroda in intact condition. On the same day delivery was arranged & It was delivered in intact condition. There is no change in weight too, at the time of delivery the consignee(yourself) was not available. Thus on your behalf your father had received the same. Our Anand first flight got the complain after two days of the delivery, not on same day. And there is no remark given on the delivery runsheet/POD. Hence it cannot be concluded that consignment was delivered as you mentioned. The consignor has been updated in this regard from our Delhi office." But the Parcel was tampered and empty and also not weighted at Anand branch.

I had great faith in First Flight and was impressed by the services of the company till this incident took place.

I still believe that you will take necessary step and handle this case seriously. I am
looking forward to a positive action and reply from you.

    Yes its true ..the service Fristflight providing is the worst service.

    This is with reference to the Consignment Number F11261643. As per First flight customer care person I am suppose to receive the Consignment on 29th Sep 2010.When I checked the status today it shows Return To HUB (RTH) - ADDRESS INSUFFICIENT . Since 3 years I am receiving all my mails to the given address I am really surprise how the concern delivery person is not able to find out this address which is not even 100 meters away from main road ?I had also requested to give me a call if the person wont be able find out the address. Its really a WORST service you are providing to your customer.

    I would request you to kindly look into this matter and redeliver my parcel to the correspondence address.
