found damage to double recliner seat said i was covered then got a letter saying damage wasn, t reported when it happened but still covered until november 2014 for which they are not fixing now.took insurance out thinking that was worth it but the joke is they are saying i am covered for the same thing that is wrong. into the bargain the technician pulled the tears to take photos and made it bigger. the problem is they are trying to say it did, t get reported together and it was different incidents and it had got left to get worse. dont want anyone else to take out insuarance with this compamy as it it is a con for good working people. what do i do now

    Invoice No. BRO673-86732005I placed an order on 11 Feb 2013 for 1 No. only Console Table from your store in Coleraine N Ireland. As at todays date (almost 13 Weeks later) I have been advised that it is still in your warehouse somewhere in England with no idea as to when it will be delivered. This is the wirst customer service I have ever experienced. The likelihood of me placing my order for a noe lounge suite, as previously intended, is absolutely zero - THIRTEEN WEEKS AND STILL COUNTING - WHAT A DISGRACE
