Harp360 / schedule a pickup
Your scheduling/customer service department is the worst I have ever dealt with. Completely incompetent. We have been trying to schedule a pick up of 800 small parcel packages for 2 days going to 500 Home Depot stores. Case# [protected]. I have spent 3 hours on the phone, been promised non-returned call backs, been sent to the incorrect department 3 times, hung up on and still have no pick up time.
You should be embarrassed, this is what you do yet you can't seem to do it. Hail FedEx for all our future orders.
