Harlem Furniture Room Place / Unusale product & No intention of replacing it

Bought new sectional in July 2007. The recliner has broken twice already. The third time they end the part with no technician, then the technician came with out tools. As of this writing it is not fixed.
The worst problem is the cushions from the sleeper side of the sectional comes out after sitting on it for 2 minuts. Hrlem Furniture says it is not a defect and won't fix or replace it.

According to me it is like selling a lemon.

was it the microfiber sofa because i have the same problem?

I agree entirely. I've had a problem with Harlem Furniture since June. Once I get a resolution on one issue, I have another. I have bought product in the past with no problems. Obviously, their quality control is slipping.

I will NEVER buy anything else from them. I just hope I can get some resolution so I can be over them!!!!
