I paid Hargrave And Associates $250 in Feb 2008 with a credit card for them to fix my credit and the Rep I spoke with said that they could clean everything off the credit except for student loads and it would take 6 months and sometimes it may take longer depending on how fast the credit breau. When they finished they would send me a copy of your credit report and score . I spoke to someone in Oct and the lady said that she was going to have them to send out my credit report and when I did not not get a credit report I tried to call and the line was busy they did take off somethings but my credit score did not change. I want to know what do I do now that they are out of business?
I know I did not want to pay any one but I wanted a house I found this company Agape Credit Service and they are a .com they had many plans to choose from and I did not pay until the work was done. Hardgarve and his wife have a law suite on them they made 5 million in 07 and no credit was fixed. I contacted an atterney so I can get something when the suite is settled and they go by BSFcredit.com
I was listen to the steve harvey morning show and someone from the company was on the show. I thought this would be a reputable company since this person was on the show. I WAS SOOOOO WRONG. first clue was the way they the billed my credit card something by the name of entertainment. I called right away and of course i was told something STUPID like that's the way that they bill. yeah i received somethings from the credit bues but my credit score is the same. I think it's a dam shame we can't put our trust in a black owned company and they follow thru with what they are advertising! I am sick and discussed and want my money back. If someone is out there that can help...please contact me.
I agree to all comments I'm sorry that this have happen to all of the writers however like some of you I heard the advertisement on the radio in immediately got happy. So in April of 2008 I called in sign up paid my 250 in I was on my way I went on getting reports from the creditors so I was like YES I'm getting my credit straight I went to the First Time Buyers Class I told everyone what I was doing so they was happy the point I'm making is in Nov I called the number to ask a question for a friend I didn't get in contact with anyone like of you said a busy signal so I thought maybe it was because it was the holiday so I tried again this time a machine came on stated something about a rebate so I push a num then a women came to the phone in said she never heard of hargraves I ask how long they had this num she told me 4 years I was shock but I said it was GOD to those who believe because my credit is straight in I'm on my way getting a house built. So I just feel I was BLESSED! IN no you get find it on the internet so noone is CRAZY
me too. i paid 250 for the service and 69 for the credit card they said they would send. I never got the card and when i called back a month later the phone line stayed busy. So now i am out of 349 and they didnt finish what they started my credit is still the same. What do i do about this?
I agree wholeheartedly! I paid them $250 in June. When I called back in August to check the status, the representative was not helpful, she was quite short and rude and simply stated that they had begun work on my file. However, I have been calling since then and I have not been able to get in touch with anyone and NOTHING has changed on my credit report. I call and there is a fast busy signal all of the time no matter when you call, and the website it no longer available. I definitely want my money back! And I surely want to know if there is anything that can be done if they have gone out of business! It makes no sense for people to be scandalous! Times are hard across the board for everyone, but you have to just be a low down person to steal from people who are truly seeking help to try and change their situations!

I paid Hargraves and Associates $512 out of my banking account for me and my finance' on june 3 to repair our credit together, yeah they wipe one thing off my credit but there were no changes in my score or hers we been calling since Oct. and there no answer. Money is hard to come by now i still have to file chapter 7, are they out of business and if so how can we get our money back.

I paid Hargraves and Associates $350 in feb, 2008 by moneygram to have me and my wifes credit repaired, the rep. that i spoke with garrenteed me in 6mos. the neg. stuff on my credit report would be wiped off, i called them back in auguast, they told me within a month i would see difference in it, I've been calling them for the last three months the phone would ring an hangup, now it's December the phone rings an you get a busy signal. I feel like i have been scammed, I want know if they or out of bussiness, an if they are what do i do now. please respond to this. thank you.
