Hardee's Restaurants food quality

i ordered a sandwich from Hardees .. Al Rehab branch in Cairo, Egypt. the quality of the sandwich was too bad, chicken taste was too bad, the lutes was saggy and not fresh at all, bread was not fresh and so crumby.
when i called the customer service to place the complaint i had to wait for 15 minutes on hold for at least 3 times and no answer.
we have noticed recently that the quality of food the Hardees providing is getting lower, which we are requesting quality assurance supervision on these restaurant

Hardee's Restaurants food quality vs. advertisement

I have been visiting the Hardee's at 2301 E. Little Creek Rd in Norfolk, VA since I was a young child. My grandmother would religiously take me there for soft serve ice cream or breakfast every Sunday before church and now i bring my daughter as she loves the fried chicken and over the years has been our weekend breakfast go to. I've always held this Hardee's to a higher standard than the traditional fast food but lately the food has been horrible, not up to par and sloppily put together. It's as if they do not care about the quality of food they put out and it's very disappointing. For example, I ordered a loaded omelet biscuit for $5 and some change and it looked NOTHING like the advertisement. I don't think it's fair to advertise one thing and sell something completely different. I'd love to keep returning but i just can't with this quality of food and false advertisement. That sandwich wasn't even worth $1. Hopefully they get it together and I can continue visiting this neighborhood staple without feeling like my money was wasted.

Hardee's Restaurants cold food, rude employees & filthy restaurant

This complaint pertains to the Hardee's (#1503756) located in Clarksville, Virginia.

I approached the lady at the counter to order. She just stood there, as did the other two employees 6 feet away, doing nothing. I told her I'd like to order a 1/3# Frisco Burger and a senior Coke and handed her a coupon. As I handed her my credit card, she said, "You have to do it!" I swiped my card and waited. She walked over to say something to another employee, came back to the counter, put a cup on it and walked off. There were 4 table tent numbers sitting randomly across the counter area and a stack of them by her register. She never offered me one. I picked up the cup, turned around to walk to a seat. Five steps from the counter I hear this loud booming voice, "FRISCO BURGER!" As I turned around, I saw her put the tray on the counter and walk back to the other two standing employees. I picked up my tray, turned around and looked for a place to sit. In this time, one table has left so there is only myself and a booth of two people and another couple have come in the front door. There is not a clean table/booth in the building! There are table tent numbers on top of three of the booths. All tabletops and booths have crumbs and dried soft drink/milk/ketchup smeared on the tops and the seats were filthy. The window ledge was full of crumbs, dust, dirt and two dead fly's. The other two fly's were fighting me for my lunch, which was cold. The bread had been grilled and slapped on a burger that must have been cooked at 10:30 or 11:00 that morning! About 2:10, one of females walked by my booth and swooped up the table tent that was sitting there when I sat down. She didn't bother to pick up the previous trash or wipe the table. She then walked around the booths and picked up the other two table tent numbers and when back behind the counter where the other two employees were standing.

This is the second time I have strenuously complained about this same Hardee's location in the past 8 or 9 months. I won't give you the benefit of my time again, nor will I patronize this location again. The next horrible experience I have will be my last visit to Hardee's.

Hardee's Restaurants product

Your website said sausage, egg and cheese biscuits, 2 for 2.50. I went to the local store, showing them where it even said it, and was still refused them at that price. I have 2 hungry children now, and I'm very upset at the fact that you guys advertise, yet will not stand up and provide offer. I may not visit Hardees any longer. I've been eating there since I was a baby, I'm now 42. Thanks, to the store on Pelham road/East North Street Greenville SC. One angry Mom

Hardee's Restaurants unethical behavior

A few years ago I quit Hardees after working there for over 10 years at barely above minimum wage. Now today I called my old store and spoke to the new manager there and told her I needed her to look up the exact day I quit because I needed the exact date for SSI. she told me she was too busy and to call her back in a few days on Monday. Now I know it does not take that long to look me up on the computer. Then I called the corporate number trying to get the date I quit and the girl who answered asked for my phone number then she HUNG UP on me, before I could say anything else

Hardee's Restaurants foods

My wife ate at Hardee's Saturday 8-18, she has been sick ever since. Been in the ER 3 times and test positive for salmonila. Been admitted now as of 8-24. I would appreciate some response to this as I have lost time from work and medical bills that I cannot afford. If don't get a response I will contact the CEO of Hardee's. Hardee's Restaurants manager took my money

Hi. I visited your store on summer Avenue in Memphis tn.. the manager Quinten took my order... 6$ I receive my order but it was a old burger and old chicken sandwich.. so I ask the sandwich maker to remake it because at the moment he was the only at the front and notice I had an issue with my order... he was polite and offered to remake it... but then the manager Quinten come up front and gets smart mouth with me because he is the manager for no reason... we exchanged a few words but all calm...
Then he gets mad and refuses to give me my food and my refund... then calls the police on me... all this over a 6 dollar meal...
I've worked in the restaurant biz for over 15 years... I know how it supposed to works..
But I left your store because I'm a peaceful young man... I should not have to have a police called on me because your manager took my money... I did not get a refund..nor did I get my food...Not fair.. not fair not fair.. I just wanted to eat.. that's all...

Hardee's Restaurants slow service dirty environment and food greasy and cold.

When we arrived no one was in the restaurant. One person was walking up from being out in a car (only car in the whole parking lot) vaping. I asked if he was working alone he said the cook needed to take a break. The cook so happened to be the other person in the car. The service was very very slow with having to walk back up to the counter to check on our food. It was sitting in the warmer tray waiting on the French fries after I had to get their attention. He then proceeded to add the fries & gave me our order. The fries had obviously been sitting awhile because they were cold & greasy. Their was not one napkin available at the fountain counter which I had to ask for at the counter. The restaurant was ver dirty - just to name a few things floors Tables counter tops I would rank our service as a 1 because at least the burger was edible . My husband & I will not be returning anything soon. This was a nice place once.

Hardee's Restaurants unethical behavior by the manager at lafollette tn.

Your store in LaFollette Tn, has the rudest Manager I have ever encountered! I frequently dine in Hardee's Restaurants all across the country, but have never seen anyone act the way she did. Not only was she very rude and condescending to me, I witnessed her speaking harshly to an elderly lady trying to use a coupon for her order. She also had two of the employees crying while they were only trying to do their job. Her name is Joy... SHE NEEDS TO BE FIRED! SHE IS UNFIT TO SERVE IN THE CAPACITY OF MANAGER!

Hardee's Restaurants serviservice

I live In the área off n.hampton.so we have limited fast food resteraunt.so i go In hardees to try your sliders for the frist time.i order six but i wanted them Fresh.i told her i dont mine waiting.which i do at any fast food resteraunt i go to.have been working at Mac Donald for 14 years I notice a differance when meat seat In the warmer.but everything was good the casher understood and took my order.but then this lady handling the drive threw got very rude.talking bout all our meat is fresh.why do i come every day just being very disrepectfully.first ir all i dont come there every day.i go when i want hardess.but with people like that working i dont want hardees.this is not the firstt time i heard her smart mouth talking rudlly to Customer. She really need to be watch.i know im not first.didnt get her name but she gás a tooth missing and had a ponto tail.im not going there anymore.

Hardee's Restaurants customer service

My son went thru the drive thru to get a 5 for 5 and was spoken to very rudely by the person working the window.he went abt 9:30 july 24th. The lady proceeded to get rude with him telling him we dont have 5 for 5 any longer. My son did not get nasty back with her however i called to get the corporate number and manager Jackie Townes hot on the line very unprofessional and said the number should be on your receipt i informed her i didnt have the number while i was still talking she hung up...I called back several times she did not answer...i go to this hardees a lot but with such rude service i think in the future i will take my business elsewhere...a manager should never act like a team member...she did not try to resolve the issue...I was very offended

Hardee's Restaurants unethical behaviour and service

Several times in the past few months in Batesville AR we have gone in with a group and ordered our food. The help seems to be offended that we have come in. At different times around 9PM we would go back to order more food and the employees will tell us the system is down and we can't sell you anything. They will begin closing the cash drawers I guess for closing. I don't think they close till 10:00PM. Just very inconvenient and we will have to go somewhere else where they at least act like they are glad to see us. Usually 10-15 people and we always order meals. Our arrival time is 7:45 to 8:15 Hardee's Restaurant .

Hardee's Restaurants service

Earlier today I visited the Hardee's location in Elizabethtown, North Carolina. My friend and I bought two seperate orders. When our cashier, Alexia, failed to give us our second order, she got an attitude. Not only that, but she also gave me the wrong drink, as well as the wrong sized fries, which is bery upsetting considering I pid for a large, yet recieved a small. Thank you for your time.

Me and my wife came in Hardee's store# 1500985 the cashier was Amanda after getting our food she blurts out I'm tired of people well we our people we didn't have to come here to eat but we did but now I will never step foot in this Hardee's again no wonder they have shut most of them down behind the counter was a mess bath rooms are mess stand up urinals were yellow I hope in the future you hire more respectful PEOPLE to work in your store my order # 127797

Hardee's Restaurants driver and the wrong food delivery

I order from Hardee's today 16 July midnight at 2:50. As I got my order and checked found it wrong I called the driver right away but instead of coming back he just went and was very rude laughed on my face and never came.I kept calling him but he dint answer. Kindly take some action or else I'm calling the police tomorrow on the driver.

Hardee's Restaurants service

I have visited Hardee's store number 1503721 and I had to spend about 5 minutes trying to get my order right. I pretty much had to spell it out. I said I wanted a sausage biscuit, med hashrounds, med Dr Pepper, and a number 7 (lunch menu was showing). I was asked if I wanted to make that into a combo, and I said yes. And they put a steak biscuit combo on there. I told them that I wanted the lunch number 7 and someone else came on the intercom and asked if I wanted lunch and no breakfast? I said that I wanted the lunch number 7 med and the sausage biscuit and the med hasrounds and med Dr Pepper. Then they put the number 7 on the screen and repeated the order with the steak biscuit combo still on it after I told them I didn't want it. I finally got them to take the steak combo off then they asked me if I wanted the number 7 combo med or large. I said med with a Dr Pepper. They repeated my order and but instead of making the med combo they made it small fry and med drink. I just went with it cause I didn't want to keep trying to explain the order AGAIN. So I get to the window and pay and I saw the window person check my bag, open the window, check the bag again then close the window, speak with someone, then she checked the bag a third time and handed it to me. I get home and there is no med hashrounds. This is not the first time I have had missing food. But the last three or four times I've had to completely explain my simple order. And one of the times the shift leader (who is the reason I stopped going inside because she always has an attitude) when I asked for the big ham and cheese sandwich she rang me up for 2 ham sandwiches. She was not understanding that I wanted the big ham and cheese sandwich. And not 2 smaller ones. And she still gave attitude through the intercom. I'm usually understanding since I have worked in fast food before but it's starting to get rediculous and is happening more often. And they were not as busy as they have been when they mess up. And the sausage biscuit, med hashrounds, and medium Dr Pepper was not even made into a combo.

Hardee's Restaurants wrong orders every trip and causing a public nuisance.

Hardees in McMinnville TN. The staff is rude and overwhelmed on breakfast shift. Order is always wrong from drive-thru or inside. It takes an hour to get your food and the road traffic stays blocked. If I don't get a response back from corporate several of the people in the community has already signed a petition to have criminal charges filled for aiding to a public nuisance. Under new laws companies that ignore and facilitate illegal actions are guilty of accessory!

Hardee's Restaurants treatment

I do not appreciate the way I was treated on Saturday June second. Stephanie certainly did not handle the situation right at all. Personally, I think she should be fired and the other supervisor who had an attitude that day.
Vickie Matthews drove up to Hardees and came in calling me stupid threatening to hit me in the mouth. Also, Vickie accused me of going by her house and following her to Stacy's which I did not do. These are lies and she is delusional (crazy). I went to Stacy's after 11 AM just to get a to go menu and did not say or bother her or her son. That should not have bothered her. She came in Hardees the next day and jumped on me for no reason accusing of things I did not do. Stephanie called the police or the other supervisor because of Vickie. Instead of telling them to have Vickie leave which should have happened Stephanie told me to leave. I am not the one who was causing the problems. If Vickie had not come to Hardees to jump on me this would never have happened. I really do not appreciate Chuck's attitude either. I did call numerous times because I was upset because it was not handled right at all. I should not have been treated like this or banned. Vickie has been banned and should have been banned that day and told to leave by the police. Someone told another lie on me that I harassed and ran off the customers which is a lie I think Vickie may have because she does lie. I used to work there and customers know me as a quiet and I do not cause trouble. This customer told me that her family was like that act crazy were mean and would fight you. Actually several customers told this. In my case since I did nothing wrong the ban should be reversed in my case. Vickie should have been banned four months ago because this is not the first time. Joe a customer is a witness to her threatening to beat me up if she did not go to jail and calling me a witch. Even her boyfriend told her to stop it. She has told me to Go to hell [censored] and called me a [censored] several times in Hardees. I tried to get them to ban her because she was mean and hateful toward me.

While in Hardee's tonight I witnessed and heard the manager cursing and yelling and calling his employees idiots! This is inexcusable! If this manager doesn't want to work, then he needs to find other employment elsewhere. Very unprofessional. when I walked in he was the first person I heard yelling. I turned around and left right then. Lost appetite

Hardee's Restaurants employees/manager.

Today at the Hardees in Ocoee Tn, on highway 411, I came inside to order my lunch, right after breakfast. As I waited for my food, a young lady, that was an employee and a manager was talking loudly amongst other employees about another co worker and talking very mean and saying awful things while both laughing! It was disgusting watching a manager let an employee talk about another employee like that and laugh and talk to! I will not be going back there every again. And will also be letting people know
