Harbour Ville Hotel Singapore — Pre-authorise amount refund
I'd booked Harbour Ville Hotel on 23rd Sep via booking.com for dates 22-28 Dec 2016. The hotel had deducted S$100 as pre-authorised amount from my credit card. I paid the full amount at the time if check-in and have been chasing the hotel since then to return my pre-authorise amount back to my credit card. They initially told me it takes 5-10 working days but it's now more than that and they're not replying to my emails.
