harborgate resort / service very bad

I have recently stayed in one of your resorts, Harbourgate Marina Club. I have to rate my stay as one star. The worst part of the whole experience was the service. I have never before received such a poor service in any hotels I stayed in from my travels in US, Asia, Europe, as I did in your resort. I have checked in to the three bedroom suite and had four adults in the room. I noticed there was almost no tissue paper on the rolls in any of the bathroom upon my check in. I made a trip downstairs to inform the front desk to send five rolls, as I did not want to ask for the paper every day and thought this would be sufficient. Several minutes later I had someone drop by the room and drop off one roll. Latter on that night have returned to the hotel and on the way I have asked for few more rolls. I was told to my surprise that I will not be getting any more because they had delivered five all ready. I tried to explain to the lady at the desk what happened, but she showed me a list with my room and had five rolls delivered. This turned into to a 10 minute argument over a toilet paper! Finally I expressed my filings and told the lady its only toilet paper and I will buy my own which is what I had to do because she pointed to the list again and said if it’s on the list it is what was delivered and they will no longer be making delivery to this room. This was a great start to my trip in your hotel 1st day and such a great welcome.
Second day the maid service came by to clean the room, I had placed cards on all the beds for new sheets(This is what you have them for!), I came back to the room that night and none of the sheets have been changed and only one bad has been made up. There was nothing personal left on the beds I don’t know what service I can expect from your resort. You have a room which is for sale for $225, 000 and after this trip I question how can anybody pay that money for this king of service. This was as of now the worst experience I ever had and it was easy to be avoided by supplying me with a 50 cent toilet paper and staff who cares about your guests.

    I would like to apologize to you for the experience that you had while staying at our resort. Let me assure you that we are now under new management and the new General Manager is a much more reasonable person to deal with. I hope that you will give us another chance in the future.
