The product doesn't work. I've sent the seller more then 5 emails asking for a refund. Seller keeps directing me to another email address. I wrote to that email but didn't get a proper response. I wrote several emails to the seller asking for a refund but I get the same answer directing me to their after service team over and over again. Even after I informed the seller that their after service team at [protected]@163.com responded in Chinese. Seller refusing to refund $29.80
